It seems like Wilbur and Techno remember him too but I'm not sure about Dream or Schlatt, they don't show any visible reaction or say anything in the last part. But I don't thing (not remember) that Phil had any power over them, at least not enough to erase their memories, so they probably remember too
Like in Ao3 story of this said that Phil had the ability to erase memories but him and his two sons has ability to remember him but tommy wouldn't have memories because phil erased them all of Tommy and tubbo hanging out then it'll all be erased and replaced with techno and wilbur in tommy's memory
And that only happens only in the winter kingdom or that people has relations with tubbo

In the fanfic, tubbo and Tommy get away. Tommy doesn’t turn into a Fae, but I decided to turn him into a Fae in the end and making into a Fae he would forget tubbo ^^

@@marcosbenicio1206 in the original fanfic, Tubbo and Tommy have their happy ending since they got away from SBI. But I decided that I would change that, once Tommy turned a Fae he wouldn’t have the memories of his past life(which would be the moments with tubbo). Though towards the end, you can see all of the sleepy Bois were mad At the video of tubbo since they were trying to cover up that he ever existed. The others noticed and knew about tubbo, they just didn’t bring it up. So, Everyone but Tommy knows but everyone pretends that they don’t know tubbo. Half of this isn’t canon, so I guess part of it is part of my au.
