Bassist/rapper Cya wrote Q with Hwasa in mind. Q is unlike any of their other songs. Onewe's music is fairly diverse but they excel at rock power ballads that show off their vocals and songwriting such as the recent track A Book in Memory. Q only hints at it but main singer Yonghoon has an extraordinary voice that you don't usually expect to hear in a rock band. RBW is known as a label with exceptional singers, to the point that some people suspect there's something fishy in the RBW water coolers. Besides their MVs I think you'd like their radical rock re-arrangements of Hwasa's Twit and Mamamoo's Hip, which you can find on their yt channel. Everyone at RBW is pretty tight and Onewe acts as Mamamoo's backup band when the girls want to rock out. They've appeared live with MMM on rock versions of MMM hit songs and they were the band for a live Queen medley by Hwasa.
It's worth noting that ONEWE themselves reworked the song in a way that Hwasa could fit well into it because they said her voice came to their minds when they were rewriting it (Q was originally a rap-only song, written and produced by the bassist/rapper) so it didn't feel like she was just a featured artist but is actually part of the song. As others have mentioned, they have a diverse discography and it's worth checking their songs out. I'd recommend their original songs Ring on my Ears, Parting, Regulus, and 0&4. Also their b-side on their latest album called TRAUMA (Aquarium) which features a killer guitar solo. They make great covers too. If I recall correctly, the keyboardist used both the keytar and keyboards in their cover of MAMAMOO's HIP so you might be interested in checking that out, which I'd also recommend because the re-arrangement is really good.

Onewe’s End of Spring is a great song. And there’s a rock band that uses a keytar I used to love them but for the life of me I can’t remember their name. I’ll come back if I remember. I saw them in concert and when the guy pull out the keytar (as an avid 80s music fan) I fell instantly in love. After watching it a second time I figured out that it was about a typical relationship issue between a couple after seeing her throwing things around in the room scene and reading the lyrical version. *The track titled “Don’t Know” or simply “Q” talks about lovers who can’t understand or get along with each other anymore is where the cuts start appearing on the members each time the woman (Hwa Sa) puts on her make up which represents even the smallest actions hurt the partner which is explained by DongMyeong. Plz help us there’s a kpop group called got7 who is under jyp entertainment, jyp promotes all their kpop groups well etc. seventeen, itzy but not got7, got7 debuted 7 years ago and r so talented, humble, kind, funny and stuff. Sadly they r being mistreated by jyp and can’t do anything while under contracts, if u check jyp Instagram, you’ll see how badly got7 get promoted eg. Jyp only have abt 3 posts abt got7 in 3 years however itzy and seventeen prolly have more than 100 each. Now that the members r almost finished with the contract, all of us think that they will disband bc how they r treated and a member mentioned how he wished to join another company they have been bff with bts since before both bands debuted and were trainees although they haven’t been promoted fairly during these 7 years. Aghases (Got7 fandom) rlly hope ppl will help us protest to give got7 the chance they deserve, they have always treated us like family and done what we have wanted. They have even preformed while injured many times bc they can’t afford to lose any fans. Pls help got7, and trust me, they have been through so much already and r literally family, they’ve lived together for almost 10 years
Amm.. it doesnt sound like you really care about GOT7 since you don't even do basic research like who is actually under JYPE. Seventeen is under Pledis entertaiment and are ALSO being missmanaged (in some cases even worse than GOT7 since there were rumors that SVT members were being insulted and even beaten by their staff/managers). You know why JYPE is getting worse and worse with promoting GOT7? Because their contract is ending and they know that at least some of the members are not planning to stay with the company, so JYPE doesn't see the point in promoting them anymore. And that isn't gonna change, because it never changes... the only difference is that now fans are finally realizing how bad some companies are at their actual job which is the managment and promotion of their idols. So hopefully at least that changes
To be honest, I dont think this was a good song to start off with as an introduction. I think it's better if you listen to one of their songs that's not a collaboration. Some good songs would be Parting, A Book in Memory, Regulus, and Reminisce About All (those arent in order of release but rather what I think would be best for you to check out first as an introduction to get a hold of their style). Onewe’s End of Spring is a great song. And there’s a rock band that uses a keytar I used to love them but for the life of me I can’t remember their name. I’ll come back if I remember. I saw them in concert and when the guy pull out the keytar (as an avid 80s music fan) I fell instantly in love. But I’ve been so in trenched in kpop for the last....6 years I can’t remember anyone but 5SOS and Evanescence.

ITS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT MANY WHO KNOW MAMAMOO WILL REACT TO THIS JUST B/C OF HWA SA, NOT REALLY KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEIR YOUNGER BROTHERS WHICH IS OKAY B/C AFTER WATCHING THIS MANY WILL WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT ONEWE BUT ITS ABIT DISAPPOINTING B/C THEY SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY COLLAB WITH AN ARTIST FOR PEOPLE TO REACT TO THEM....For extremely underrated band as they make their 2nd comeback with their 3rd album ‘3/4’ as ONEWE with released concept photos and teaser preview after working on it for months, talking/showing through vlive chats, connecting with fans and keeping us updated with their progress. They’ve done many collaborations with Mamamoo along with continuous artist covers during the time they moved to RBW as MAS and even as ONEWE through the time they predebuted to now and just thinking about how they would sound after their previous comeback with “Regulus” I was excited. After watching it a second time I figured out that it was about a typical relationship issue between a couple after seeing her throwing things around in the room scene and reading the lyrical version. *The track titled “Don’t Know” or simply “Q” talks about lovers who can’t understand or get along with each other anymore is where the cuts start appearing on the members each time the woman (Hwa Sa) puts on her make up which represents even the smallest actions hurt the partner which is explained by DongMyeong. Even though it may seem like a chill song, it’s actually pretty sad.* Lol Sometimes I forget how tall Yonghoon is, he’s one tall younger brother standing next to Hwa Sa. *My biases are Yonghoon, Kanghyun and CyA* WE AS FANS NEED TO HELP THEM #ONEWE #BringONEWEToAmerica 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
it kinda sucks because a lot of reactors will also mostly focus on Hwasa. luckily it's a gateway for some, but for others, they kinda treat it as a Hwasa song/reaction and never seem to talk about ONEWE again. Hope they check out more!
@@lightishredgummi It is extremely disappointing especially when all they care about is Hwasa because she theyre bias treating as if it’s her song; ignoring ONEWE. I get it understandable since they’re actual band they don’t move around as much as groups do but that shouldn’t stop people from reacting to them if they seen their previous comeback “End of Spring” ft Alexa, Practice356(new) and ONEUS they moved around quite allot except maybe drummer Harin.

there’s a kpop group called got7 who is under jyp entertainment, jyp promotes all their kpop groups well etc. seventeen, itzy but not got7, got7 debuted 7 years ago and r so talented, humble, kind, funny and stuff. Sadly they r being mistreated by jyp and can’t do anything while under contracts, if u check jyp Instagram, you’ll see how badly got7 get promoted eg. Jyp only have abt 3 posts abt got7 in 3 years however itzy and seventeen prolly have more than 100 each. Now that the members r almost finished with the contract, all of us think that they will disband bc how they r treated and a member mentioned how he wished to join another company they have been bff with bts since before both bands debuted and were trainees although they haven’t been promoted fairly during these 7 years. Aghases (Got7 fandom) rlly hope ppl will help us protest to give got7 the chance they deserve, they have always treated us like family and done what we have wanted. They have even preformed while injured many times bc they can’t afford to lose any fans. Pls help got7, and trust me, they have been through so much already and r literally family, they’ve lived together for almost 10 years

Amm.. it doesnt sound like you really care about GOT7 since you don't even do basic research like who is actually under JYPE. Seventeen is under Pledis entertaiment and are ALSO being missmanaged (in some cases even worse than GOT7 since there were rumors that SVT members were being insulted and even beaten by their staff/managers). You know why JYPE is getting worse and worse with promoting GOT7? Because their contract is ending and they know that at least some of the members are not planning to stay with the company, so JYPE doesn't see the point in promoting them anymore. And that isn't gonna change, because it never changes... the only difference is that now fans are finally realizing how bad some companies are at their actual job which is the managment and promotion of their idols. So hopefully at least that changes
To be honest, I dont think this was a good song to start off with as an introduction. I think it's better if you listen to one of their songs that's not a collaboration. Some good songs would be Parting, A Book in Memory, Regulus, and Reminisce About All (those arent in order of release but rather what I think would be best for you to check out first as an introduction to get a hold of their style). Anyways, thanks for checking them out! I hope to see more about them from you guys!
