Recorded on a real SC-88Pro. ® ZUN / 上海アリス幻樂団
The MIDI music in Perfect Cherry Blossom, Imperishable Night and Phantasmagoria of Flower View were all made for the SC-88Pro, but unlike Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (in EoSD the 88Pro MIDIs are the originals) they were only included as a quick bonus. In other words they wont sound as good as they could. In some cases, the MIDI versions may be based on earlier versions of the WAV tracks.

The real reason why Mt. Fuji wasn't chosen as a world heritage site is because it's so
sacred that even the world could not choose it. Speaking of which, stop littering on it.
This is the Extra Stage theme.
It's kind of relaxed for one, huh?
It feels like a test of courage that wouldn't scare anybody. (No, it doesn't.)
I'm actually a little unsure about it, but it's extended. I collected E, X, T, E, N and D and extended it.

こっちのほうがトランペットの主張が大きすぎなくて好きだな。大きくて永くて孤独な夜に、ひとりで叫んでいるようなかんじがする。

extra stage themes are always fantastic !!

is "person of hourai" some new translation or something? it doesn't sound as cool as "hourai victim"
Hourai Victim is an english patch thing. 蓬莱人translates to Hourai Person or "Houraian". How they got Hourai Victim out of that is a mystery.

Though given the context of the game it also makes sense.
Though Hourai Victim does sound better
Maybe it is because they consider "Hourai Person" as someone who was affected by the elixir, so "Hourai Victim" would fit and look cooler.
Supporting from the fearful demon's remark on the curse of immortality, the "victim" meaning is too far off of just "person" to be a mistake. It has to be intentional. So perhaps it was just taking liberties to sound better while staying true to the canon.
