I have been to this mall a few times since I live in Rodney Bay and I must admit that this mall is tiny compared to the rest of the world. I guess you have to start somewhere.

We are a small island, what did you expect?

@@Myelbaby I'm more than aware of the size of St. Lucia because I am a St. Lucian born American. However, size is no excuse for quality.

@@BondJamesBond... I believe your expectations are a bit too high, especially since the country is in so much debt.

@@Myelbaby Correct, the country is in debt but from what I can see, the hotels that are charging tourist $500 USD equivalent per night seems to be doing very well. And where I live at Rodney Bay Marina, my rent is $2800 USD or $7567 EC per month, so from my vantage point, business is booming if you happen to be in a certain tax bracket.
I just do not understand with the tens thousands of foreign tourist who are coming to St. Lucia which I have witness a least twice each week, St. Lucia should be completely debt-free and flourishing.
St. Lucia seems to be 25 years behind of the Western world it appears and from what I can see, it shouldn't be that way.

@@Myelbaby I think that I will have to invest in my country because I don't understand what these folks down here are doing with all of that tourism money. Maybe a new prime minister is in order, someone who will address the many issues on a local level; especially crime which is off the chart per capita in the area of murder.
