OMG!!!!! Did you read my mind? I've been doing low carb and monk fruit and allulose to replace sugar. I keep coming across your videos I am such an avid fan every time I get a notification I say to myself, oh my gosh I wish Loise would do keto recipes. I'm not on total keto diet I am using the recipes to cut carbs etc. I've lost 18 lb.

Ohhhh I love this!!! Pizza is one of those things that ALWAYS throws me off a diet. Just like potatoes 🤣 I've usually always bought the pre-made frozen cauliflower crusts but those are pricey for just 2 small rounds. I can't wait to try this recipe!!! I haven't tried this yet, but one can also FLAVOR the crust, by putting Garlic Powder in the crust mix with the egg BEFORE baking the crust. To go een further, one can add a tiny bit of Organo to the crust as well before baking it (lol).

Ew just had it. Doesn’t taste like pizza and isn’t crispy even though I cooked til good and brown. Not bad but it wasn’t pizza. Edible but my tastebuds have expectations and they weren’t met.

Hi Louise.
I do like a floppy, less crispy crust. I have learned when I make matzah board pizza for Passover that if I pass the matzah board quickly through running tap water and shake the excess water off right before topping that the texture turns out perfect for my taste.
If I precook your crust a little more and allow it to cool completely, would I be able to do the same without the crust falling apart just prior to topping?
I'm really not sure, but let me know if you try it!
Looks good and always great to have a recipe in your repertoire, but I will stick to flatbread or thin from the local place.

I used my parchment 5 times, if i do a cake loaf pan recipe i just was the parchment and reuse it. I keep it in freezer between uses

Nothing fixes cravings with fake substitutes. Real ingredients is what makes things what they are. Using low fat low carb substitues doesnt fix your craving.
This recipe uses "real" ingredients.

What do you use to clean the inside of your Ninja Foodie? I have one and I just can't seem to get to clean? What do you use to clean yours?
Nothing special really. I just wipe it out with a damp cloth. Sometimes I have used vinegar under the lid to remove some grease, but mostly I just let it burn off.
Excellent recipe. I’d recommend precooking any vegetables to keep the crust crispy.
