To help with the shooting too early, i think minigod's calm aim debunked video (i forget the name but somethin like that) goes over reflex habits, good and bad. Working on that should help
I am not even full platin on the benchmarks but I don't grind dem I just play valorant scenarios. Because I just want to play the game more then aim trainers. If I go back to grind my hand wrist hurts and I play only kovaaks. Love u vids
@@TLPSh0ckW4ve do you stretch and stay hydrated when u aim training? I can see tho that aim training isn’t absolutely necessary tbh. It’s more if you want to push your limits for raw aim. I try and grind both, but since I work I try and hone my aim first then get on valorant and try learning the game more

I play on the Voltaic Weakness sheets and try and hone in on my aim, i take it slow and work my way down. I sometimes play random playlists, but i only play the weakness sheet when i tackle the benchmark. hopefully that makes sense. The sheet is in the description.
