While running it's set heatsink up and the grease will leak out.. the u know what will happen

Sir, yesterday i installed bajaj one capacitor along 7lb in my bajaj platina 2012 model...
sir ek capacitor pehle se lga hua tha ek Maine install karwaya hai..now output is around 17..is it ok or not
