I think the only faction that you could consider being taken captive by would be the tau possibly the Eldar (not the dark ones of course). Or Khorne. They would prob throw you in a pit with a chainsword and let you fight to the death.

I think if I would die in the 40k universe I'd wish for my soul to be blinked out of existence like Horus did. Oblivion is much preferable over being changed so completely you don't recognize yourself or tortured for the rest of time.

We haven't seen a new enemy faction since forsaken. Sure there have been a few new single units, but it's mostly been refreshes of existing stuff. The fact that the pyramids were all empty and it was explained off by the witness. Really burned me.
