Guys a way to avoiding ads is (as normally ads appear at the beginning of videos) you can click on another video and then click on the video you were watching. I'm really sorry to hear this. I hope you have some support. I suffer with depression very badly myself and there are certain things that really help, such as a long soak in the bath, a walk in nature, going for a run, music, eating healthy, nutritious food, sleep, buying myself a little treat such as a new journal, a new book, etc. There are lots of positive quotes online that really help too. I hope you feel better very soon. This too shall pass
