Final Fantasy Tactics Ramza Only Archer Challenge Optional Battle 2

The rules of the challenge are as follows:
1: Ramza only, unless guest characters are forced
2: Archer Job only, meaning only Archer abilities, movements, reactions, and supports.
3: No glitches or Cheats, however NPC manipulation is fine and needed.
4: Optional recruitments are allowed, but only for side quests, such as Mustadio or Beowulf. After side quests are done, if taken, they are removed.
This is just an optional battle if levels are needed. Just get an ice bow and kite.
