    extremely effective in helping us to lose weight, as it cleanses and
    detoxifies our body and also stimulates our metabolism and boosts the flow of energy and builds the internal heat in the body. This 30 minute flow is just perfect for that!

    Thank you, beautiful yogini Jen 💖. I loved the slow and deliberate pace of this practice. It gave time to appreciate the fullness of each pose, and even the spaces in between the poses, as we transitioned from one to the next. I feel at ease, and comfortable in this moment. Namaste 🙏

      It will strengthen your muscles so your metabolism will become faster, and it targets the belly which usually is what goes along with desirable individual weight. Love
