    Thanks! I've been having horrible GERD and my doctor says he thinks I'll need Omeprazole the rest of my life. I'm excited to find something I can do to help with indigestion. This was a great tutorial, thank you!

    Hi namaste😊Which modification is better for pain in the left knee? I didnt use strap

      Try using a firmly rolled mat or towel behind the knee and sit on more height. Which exact position are you speaking of? Let me know if that helps. This is good for supta virasana and visasana.
