    Hi Bob. I hope you and your family are doing well. When I watch one of your videos I always learn something. Other channels often explain more sophisticated grammar or advanced idioms, which is interesting too. But I absolutely need and realise we students need basic vocabulary and everyday idioms. I was longing for it. You're doing great stuff. Keep in the good work. Greetings from Spain.

      Hi! I would like to say, that you have come very far in your studies of English. I am not Bob, but I can help you.
      Homograph
      Homo = 2 or more things, which are the same or very similar.
      Graph = Words (in this example)
      Homograph = 2 or more words, that look the same.
      Homophone (you said Homoform)
      Homo = 2 or more things, which are the same or very similar.
      Phone = sounds.
      Homophone = 2 or more words, that share the same sound.
      In English, the word for a "fresh sea fish" is not called a "base", but is called a "bass", with 2 s's
      You had forgotten to make the word "novel", plural. "I read a lot of novels", you make it plural because the word "a lot" means more than one.

    What is important in pairs like _averse/adverse_ or _dessert/desert_ is the correct stress (accent). It often helps memorize the meaning. So the advice that I could give to others would be not to focus on spelling only. As far as _sensitive_ and _sensible_ go, they have at least two more counterparts: sensical and sensuous. As if life weren't complicated enough :)

    7:27 Accepter (opposite of “refuser”) / Excepté (from “exception”).
    8:59 Emprunter / Prêter.
    10:29 Un collier / une couleur.

    My mother tongue is Mandarin. I taught myself a good trick for memorizing and distinguishing "desert" vs "dessert". Water in Chinese is called "Shui", so I take the capital "S" apply to "desert" vs "dessert", because desert is dry and should have less water(shui). Therefore which ever has less "S" means desert. lol
