JTB Hawaii, the Waikiki Business Improvement District, the Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation and Mayor Rick Blangiardi unveiled the first of 26 specialty trash cans to be installed.

Yes, I live in Waikiki, I see all the time homeless flipping the trashcans or taking trash out and throwing to the floor to collect cans and bottles.
