There hasnt been a game like this for me ever, only downside is the excesive grinding but no game is perfect. I love that anyone can distribute their stat/skills however they want. by the way great video :)
Ragnarok Online (RO) allows genuine F2P (free to play). Unlike other major games with a F2P introduction, in RO, you can go all the way to the endgame without paying. You can travel everywhere without paying. You can wear gears without paying. You can perform trades and vend without paying. And there is no expiration of your chars or limitations on play time or levels. Ragnarok Online is what can be called a 2.5D game. It is not a 2D game as characters are in a 2.5D environment but the sprites are 2D with multiple facings to emulate looking at a character from different directions. You can see the 3D effects more blatantly in places such as Geffen or in Rachel where you can climb up above the clouds. For example, you can go visit the town of Geffen. Then leave through the west exit, cross the giant bridge. As seen on the minimap, head to your right to go to that tiny thin strip of green land you see on the minimap extending out over the water. Keep climbing and you'll see that you eventually climb up into the clouds. My favorite is still the one in Rachel where I have to climb up to a pseudo Heaven in order to meet the Pope. Take some screenshots if you do this because it can only be done once per character.
@@GearGamingRO It's the obsolete Rachel Sanctuary Quest back in the "old days" when the Rachel Temple was semi-closed to the players until they donated enough money to get the temple opened to the general public.
