I saw the bit about the class on how you make TH-cam videos and it was the fastest snap sub I’ve done a bit. Already binged the whole thing. (Came back here to finish watching the rest of the Nebula ad and make this comment!😂) Thank you so much for making that class. Gave me some great ideas for my process. I have another TH-cam channel where I’ve been making vids for 2+ years and I’m constantly learning. Also was diagnosed with ADHD 4 years ago so thats why I sat and watched your whole class as I struggle with the need for structure vs novelty as well.
Anyway, thank you for being awesome and I cant wait to watch the video about the strike videos!

Its genuinely astonishing how often u can make me tear up over a 2D dog with a speech impediment 😩 true enough its my favorite show ever of all time always but still the resolve of those children and the fact that it sparked a decades long franchise with new stuff for every generation just bc they wanted something to relate to and scooby doo felt scary but comforting, adventurous but familiar, mature but never overly serious. It really is a show for everyone

As a Scot and life-long fan of Scooby-Doo, this story makes me proud. Also, I used to live in Dundee when I was a student. Do you know how LONG the Tay bridge is? How BLOODY WINDY it is? And those kids were wearing shorts. That's commitment to your cause.
Dundee is also the home of DC Thompson, which publishes Dundee newspaper 'The Courier'. But also publishes two of the UK's most well known comics - The Beano and The Dandy, both originating in the '30s. The Beano's lead character is Dennis the Menace - not the US Dennis the Menace - a completely different Dennis the Menace. But by weird coincidence, they were BOTH PUBLISHED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE SAME WEEK OF THE SAME YEAR. Mental.

If we all went on strike, life as we know it would be over. No electricity, no phones, no water, no food, no deliveries, no NOTHING, except what you could do on your own with what was available to you in your immediate neighborhood. Strikes must necessarily be limited to be an effective strategy. Otherwise, we ALL suffer.
I've stumbled across some of the more obscure Hannah Barbera cartoons, and really, I can't believe they made so many. Secret Squrrel was pretty good (26 episodes), and I'm currently watching The Space Kidettes (20 episodes). And I'm re-watching the New Scooby Doo movies, and they're really not as bad as I thought they were, though they still could have been better. I'll probably get around to Shazzan and The Roman Holidays (and the others) eventually, just to be complete about it.
