My favorite combination in a Buddha bowl has to be spinach, beans, kabocha squash or sweet potato, caramelized onions, roasted Brussels sprouts, and a delicious garlic ginger and curry sauce!

Hi...my daughter maybe interested in going vegan and she is in college at this time. Do you have a video for simple things college students can make? She doesnt have transportation and the fridge in dorm is small and its shared with her roommate. I stock her with canned corn beans tomatoes and rice but I am hoping to give her more variety with what she has. Some things she can get too from on campus like salads etc..but just trying to think of other things she can make herself if they are closed or she can't get there. Neither one of us eat meat much...we eat salmon/fish and chicken in spurts but we really want to venture to more vegan until we convert. We are both excited and I am trying to prepare lunches myself for work. So these recipes are awesome. Thank you for sharing.
Don't you ever stop doing these videos. I'm quite comfortable in the kitchen and meal prep for the week days on sundays. Usually it ends up as a tapas kind of concept, a hand full of dishes in a couple of configurations all packed and ready to go. Still I always learn something new from your cooking and I appreciate your cooking style! Thanks a million!

SweetPotatoSoul awesome, thank you! I was just going to use vegetable broth 😂 i made everything minus the miso broth! The falafel is sooooo good! I managed to find pre-steamed beets so that saved me time. The tahini I found was edamame basil and omggggg soooooo flavourful!! Also the tofu is freaking KILLER. I marinated it for a couple of hours and sautéed it in the marinade. I usually don't like tofu but this is definitely how I'll do it from now on!

How long do the meals keep after you cook + store? I always wary of meal prep because I like eating food when it's relatively fresh.
