As much as I would literally sell both of my kidneys for another season, they've covered the manga so another season is unlikely. There's a short spinoff manga series though featuring the highschool life of the Souma's future gen, so possibly there's some content from that.

Kyo and Tohru were not 19 when they had their first son, Hajime. That is misinformation.
Fruits Basket Another takes place 22 years after the series ended, and Hajime is 18 years old, so them being 19 when they had him wouldn't work with that timeline.
Also, Mutsuki, Yuki and Machi's son, is only a year younger than Hajime, but Machi is a year younger than Yuki. If Kyo and Tohru had Hajime at 19, then Machi would have been pregnant with Mutsuki in her senior year of high school, which is unlikely.
Finally, Kinu and Hibika are Hatori and Mayu and Ayame and Mine's kids, respectively, and they are both older than Hajime (Kinu is 19, Hibika is likely between 19 - 21), so Mayu and Mine would have had to have been pregnant *during* Fruits Basket is Kyo and Tohru had Hajime at 19.
