What's with the locos in GBRf livery but with the Colas Rail logo?

67027 was with GBRf temporarily but got sold back, 59003 is on super long term hire to Colas from GBRf

I noticed a slight difference between the Class 66 and 59 which I’d never seen before.

Like the fact that the 59 has a 16 cylinder 645 power unit and the 66 has a 12 cylinder 710?
