The first time I came across this channel was with this video. Unfortunately I made the decision to watch this while I was at work. It was dead and I had nothing to do so I figured I'd give it a listen. I had no idea I was stressed at the time. I suppose since I was so used to the feeling I hadn't identified it. But when I was first listening to it I felt as if something heavy had washed out of my body. It was so big and heavy that when it left I felt so deeply relaxed that I was getting spirit and it was hard keeping my eyes open not to mention trying to stay awake. What part was I was only in the middle of my shift and had hours to go before I could get off for the day. Worked great and fast. I think I had only been listening to the video for a few minutes at the time but chose to continue learning to it even after it made me sleepy.

I used to do yoga and mediate to crystal singing bowls in a yoga class, and it was extremely relaxing. I wish I could be in the atmosphere of the room it would be so soothing.
