Very good clear tutorial Thank you
I saw an image in a photo competition using an effect that I later discovered was Adamski. Watched several videos on technique. Not impressed until I found you're amazing presentation. Clear, concise, thorough. And most of all, artistically done, addressing all the essential details. Thank you so much! Have subscribed.🌞
That’s awesome to hear! Thank you so much 😊🙌
I can’t wait to try this technique out. Thank you so much for creating this video. I’ll be on the lookout for more of your videos.
Thank you for watching 😊
Love your creativity 👍
Thank you 😊
Fantastic tutorial thank you for sharing your amazing talent
You're so welcome! 😊
Love it
I have spent years learning ways to produce interesting and evocative images using PS. I am not a fan of AI but I love learning ways to create artistic impressions from my raw images. Rarely learn anything new at this point. This video is a rare exception. Worked it on a couple of images of photographers on the beach and its now going to be played with on several more images. This was great. Gonna keep an eye out for more of your videos. You have a fan,.
Thank you so much, your comment has made my day! :)
Well your video made my day. @@Rana.Damien
Hi love this technique. Having a hard time learning. I create a new layer and I go to gradient and the whole photo gets gradient. It does not allow me to choose a section of the photo. What am I doing wrong? TIA
You're probably forgetting to select the 'Reflected Gradient' style, it's the fourth gradient on the gradient panel (top left corner). Carefully watch the exact steps in the tutorial at 4:58 minutes and you'll see this very important step to achieve this effect.
I did select the Reflected Gradiet - I watched the video many times. I am using Photoshop 24, windows 11. I create a new layer and as soon as I go to the gradient it gets applied to the entire photo.
Hi Rana love the tutorial of the (Creating Adamski Effect in Photoshop). I have the latest version of PS but I cant seem to get the gradient to stick to the new layer. If I apply a layer from top to bottom it seems ok and bottom to top, but the bits in the middle just fill the image. hoping you could point me in the right direction. many thanks Mal
Hi Mal, thank you for watching my tutorial. To create a centered gradient you need to select the 'Reflected Gradient', which is the fourth one from the gradient panel (top left corner). Re-watch the exact steps in the tutorial at 4:58 minutes. Hope that helps :)
@@Rana.Damien Hi again thank you so much, just done above sorted straight away. thank you for your time and help, you are a star.
@@malwright8771 You're so welcome, glad to help! 😊
You could have simply moved the Subjects layer above the Sunset Tones layer. Right?
The original is a photo. The result is not…
But it is nice :)
Interesting tutorial and nice result, but this music which covers your explanations is really useless and unbearable.
This is why I quit photography. You completely change the photo into something it's not.
Lmao you didn’t quit photography over this
Let’s be real
