I miss Chapter 4 :( It was colorful, fun and just felt creative, even though there was less content because Epic was focusing on developing the new gamemodes
I barely played Chapter 4 because I thought the map was bad and especially after Chapter 3 Season 4’s shit battle pass no incentive to play the game. I’m now regretting not getting the battle passes or really playing the game because the map was colorful and at least the battle passes had a couple of bangers like Stray, Balance Board, Ageless, and Kado Thorne. Don’t get me wrong Chapter 5’s passes are some of my favorites like top 7 material but still Chapter 4 had this random bullshit go style and I love that.

i miss chapter 2 because it was just fresh, no other way to describe it. the map wasn’t fully messed up and felt new and alive, the no excessive compression of the map and every journey to a poi felt like an odyssey. it was truly amazing
The MK7 was terrifying, i still have nightmares from that shit. I'd be walking in the sanctuary searching loot and out of nowhere, Foundation fucking annihilates me with his mythic and then throws a rock at me. Apart from this shit, c3s1 was one of the best seasons i've ever played.
Looking at it now, ch4s1 was PERFECT for a season 1 I liked ch3s1 but that was more so the vibes of the season than the gunplay as the shotguns that season, stunk, like you said in the video

I wish Chapter 3 didn’t get cut short making Chapter 4 feel rushed. Imagine if Epic actually went all in with the medievil, fantasy theming and making the season actually have a good Battle Pass. Imagine if Epic didn’t have to rush making a new map and the chapter 3 map didn’t have to get cut short after season 2. Vibin’ and Paradise were meant for the last two seasons of Chapter 3 so instead we could have gotten Wilds right after the war season (this could explain why we got the jungle on the map as the collider explosion could have shown the jungle underneath the chapter 3 map, with the zero point in the center), after Wilds we could have gotten Oathbound (this is because Geno would have reformed himself as the shapeless man and traveled across the zero point to find a reality where he was just starting to build the IO, and convince that version of himself to capture the Zero Point. Throughout the season the Seven would try to stop the Shapeless man and The Ageless from capturing the zero point.), after that season we could get Last Resort (this season could revolve around the Zero Point rifting in more buildings from across different realities. The conflict between the Oathbound and The Seven could leadThe Ageless to summon the POI’s from Last Resort, taking over the Seven POIs. [Last Resort was the only season totally original to Chapter 4 so the story could get a little hazy]), after that we could get MEGA (After whatever happens in Last Resort, the Seven manage to get their allies The Peace Syndicate to help protect the Zero Point from the almost reformed IO leader), and finally we would get the last two seasons, Vibin’ and Paradise (the storyline could happen like this, the Zero Point finally blossoms from the safe environment that the Seven and Peace Syndicate have brought to the island, this could lead to the reality falls biome to take over wherever the Peace Syndicate would reside in on the island. Geno, now fully reformed, begins to take an old IO driller left on the map and digs to the chapter 2 island, where he finds the remaining leaders of the Last Reality who then forge a deal with Geno to capture the Zero Point. The Harald begins to observe the island and makes a plan to start taking it over with the Chrome. The Chrome begins to seep onto the Chapter 3 island from its edges at the end of Vibin’. In a single player event, similar to the Zero Crisis Finale, the looper helps the Seven examine the Chrome leading to every member except the Paradigm, Scientist and, Origin to be turned into Chrome. The remaining Seven members begin to start making a last stand to the chrome and the Last Reality. In the ending live event of Paradise, The Seven and Peace Syndicate stand on the Reality Tree and harness the power of the Zero Point to dispel the Chrome while the Cube King [The Origin] begins to try to over power the chrome and send it back to the Chapter 2 map. At the end of the event the island blows up due to the chrome and neither sides are successful aside from Geno who takes control of the Zero Point and forges and island through Zero Fusion that he can control with his new Imagined Order).
Chapter 3 was planned from the start to be as long as a classic chapter, but it got split in half due to the Unreal Engine getting updated to its 5th version. Epic wanted to show off its new engine and also wanted to get the huge boom of returning players that they got with the start of Chapter 3. This wouldn’t be horrible if Epic had planned this all along like they have with Chapter 5 (yes I know chapter 5 has its issues but you can tell that it was planned to be a year long) but Epic’s Fortnite team didn’t know this leading to the Chapter 4 map being rushed and resulting in the order of seasons being switched around and leaving some like Mega and Wilds half baked.
Yeah I agree. I haven’t consistently played since like chapter 3 but I usually play the first at and second of the chapter and I think chapter 4 season 1 was the best of the chapter and chapter 5 season 1 (easily the worst chapter) was the best season so far. I think the most fun I had since like chapter 2 season 2 was acually chapter 3 season 1. (Sorry for the long comment I just wanted to say lmao)

On the topic of season 1s, here’s a concept for chapter 6 season 1 I made: Chapter 6 season 1: Fairytale Battle pass: Phoenix Knight Skye (tier 1) Skye would have a phoenix inspired knight suit and with a second style where the fire on her suit is blue She would also have a Helmet style where the helmet is based on a phoenix head Ollie would still be her hat and would have a small medieval knight costume (you can take the hat off though) She would also have phoenix wings as a back bling and glider, a phoenix pet, and a fire sword as a pickaxe She would be the main character of this season, and is trying to stop King Arthur (who’s the main villain) For some extra context as to why she’s not with Midas, this would retcon the rise of Midas event a little but this concept would also happen in the same universe for my concept for a Fortnite movie where Midas was the main (twist) villain, so Skye hates him in this concept Prince Charming (tier 1) Prince Charming would have red and gold Prince clothing, with a second style where he’s in a traditional knight armor He would also have a sword pickaxe and horse as a glider He would be a good guy and be helping Skye defeat Arthur Disneys Belle (tier 20) Her base style would be her blue dress, second style would be her yellow dress, and her third style would be a winter coat style Other cosmetics would the enchanted rose as the back bling, cogsworth as the pickaxe, and Palanquin as the glider Pinocchio (tier 40) (meme skin) His base style would be a wooden puppet with Googly eyes and a grey hat and clothes with human boy I made a concert for winterfest as well, but I couldnt post the comment with it for some reason so here it: As I said before, Santa’s workshop would be on the map for winterfest with a Santa boss There would also be a Santa skin, he would just look exactly like how he’s usually portrayed, his back bling and pickaxe would be his sack of gifts, and he would have his sleigh as a glider The collabs would be buddy the elf and the grinch, there would also be a frosty the snowman skin Santa’s workshop would be a new tab like the cabin, and the 2 free skins for winterfest would be a Christmas drift and tntina (picked tntina since she has no reskins)
Quick correction: The Red-Eye AR is fully automatic, just with a quite slow Rate of Fire. Also, I'm gonna go out and say it, I think projectile weapons are the way to go in Fortnite nowadays. I like the accuracy the first person weapons brings, but I think all of the first person hitscan ARs were way too busted to the point of it overbearing. Gliding was basically asking to be chipped, and having projectile bullets really helped curb the power of third partying. And personally, I just find projectile weapons more fun to shoot as the increased difficulty made hitting your opponents more skillful. I know that's hitscan weapons are what Fortnite "always was". But honestly, why can Reload be the game mode for people who prefer to keep hitscan, while regular BR can be for us who prefer projectile?

Because not everyone in battle Royale like projectile bullets, I know I certainly don't. If you don't get a scope off spawn, ARs are basically useless. Also they don't weaken third partying, because they can still shoot you. Your point made no sense.
@@someonenamecaleb I do think the lack of mods is a big problem, but that's more on the attachment system than projectile bullets. Also, projectile bullets weaken third partying because it is much more difficult to hit your opponents at a distant, especially compared to the first person hitscan ARs ala the Red-Eye. Generally speaking, if you want an actual chance to hit your opponent, you're forced to move in closer thus putting yourself at more of a danger if you want to involve yourself into a fight.
Bc majority of the ppl who play Fortnite like hit scan better than bullet drop, and majority of the ppl play BR not reload , so the minority(who want to keep projectiles) are the ones who should get their own mode👍🏾
@@RyomenSukuna41 Any evidence that the majority of players want hitscan? "Loud Minority" is a concept for a reason. For an exaple: CoD players swear up and down games would be better without SBMM, but every evidence available proves otherwise.
honestly the only season 1 that actually pissed me off was c5s1 bc the epic holiday break, and we got like LITERALLY 0 CONTENT for like 4 weeks and it was absolutely miserable, c5s1 is one of my least favorite seasons of all time it got so stale so fast and bc of the break it just stayed that way for an eternity, runner up would be c2s1 bc it had the same stale issue but thats just bc the season lasted like 500 years
Honestly I liked ch5s1. I had more of a problem with the break in ch4s1 since there were so many bugs at that time that were unsolved for like a month I get epic employees need a break but they could’ve at least left the game in a not as buggy state before their break Either way that was still a pretty good season imo

Yeah the Spider-Man stuff was cool but overall I really liked the simple feel and fun guns of Ch3 Season 1. Ch3 Season 1 was really the time I started *playing*, playing Fortnite so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but hey I had fun with it.
C1S1 is forgivable since the game was barely starting. C1S2 is not. Made me quit the game like two times. C3S1 and C4S1 completely make this remark untrue. I feel like we got A LOT of content during those seasons and are among the best imo. C5S1 is a weird case. They dropped the metaverse modes unto us and left BR and the winter event to rot, there were no updates until January, but I still found the season to be decent regardless.
I feel like seasons one should have: A very basic Poot Pool like for example: A slow, precise but powerful shotgun A fast, bigger hit box but weaker shotgun A fast but mid damage AR A slow but stronger AR… You get the point. And with the season’s progress the loot pool would be expanded. I also feel that they don’t need to change the proyectile weapons, they just need to adjust the speed and the bullet drop. Another thing I think they should do is to make interesting maps, with small mini games to play or sneaky secrets with a progressive story line, I feel they should make a mixture of the cartoony art style with the realistic one, like what they made on chapter 4. I also feel like they should EXPAND on the attachments, like reverting the mod bench UI, or adding a new cathegory to mod, I even got an idea: The gun’s cannon, for example, you would have a cannon that increased the damage but for a slower fire rate, and viceversa. These are just ideas, please don’t get mad, I just enjoy the game the way it is and couldn’t complain about it cause it’s free and super fun.
I felt like there was a certain art approach to chapter 3's map in the beginning that I really liked personally, with the desert having its own type of terrain; there being an underground cave by shifty shafts, plus the new buildings and homes in poi's that looked better than chapter 2's imo. I glaze the first season of chapter 3 a little too much, mostly for that reason alone. I really enjoyed playing that season with friends because it felt refreshing and kinda inviting in some way, I get your points on the gun play definitely, I had my share of games being Superman lazar eyed from above by Mk-7's which was pretty frustrating. It's just that something about that season felt like the developers had fun making the map itself, to me at least. :) Luv ur vids
Chapter 1: simple, everyone was learning Chapter 2: decent but was too long Chapter 3: mid Chapter 4: mid but boring Chapter 5: somewhat mid (My own opinion + based on season 1s only)
C5S1's movemt whas good cuz it gave you shocks, grapler and a graple blade, all items that you can use over the other and not forced to use one every time.
c5s1 was amazing ngl it's so underrated, the only issue was getting used to bullet drop/projectile weapons and the movement but once we were used it it it was fine personally it was amazing

Chapter 2: A lot of people say that because the season was the longest ever and all we got is the harpoon gun, it was boring. However, I've always looked at this season as something special. They gave us a fresh new map with new mechanics like fishing and swimming, which in all honestly a lot of players were still getting used to by the time the season ended. Content creation for viewers was at an all time high, with people doing the slurpy swamp healing memes, new ways to do skybases, theories of the new story for the chapter, fishing memes, etc. A lot of our friends who may have quit during Season 9 or Season X also came back to experience this new season, giving a lot of people plenty of opportunity to make new memories. The fortnitemares of ch2s1 was one of the best fortnitemares we have ever had. On top of that, while usually forgotten, fortnite collabed with star wars, which fans of the series went crazy over. We got new lightsabers with different abilities and colors. And the winterfest with crackshots cabin is in my opinion the best winterfest ever. For all those reasons, to me, Chapter 2 Season 1 is my favorite Season 1 out of all the chapters.
i honestly don't think that the first season of chapter 2 was boring, it was really cool exploring all the new locations and slowly getting used to the new map after the old chapter, miss those times (and now its temporary back :P, not the same of course but its still really cool to be able to play on the ch2 map with my friends again after all this time)
season 1 for chapters is something epic has to build upon. think of it like lego, you begin with a baseplate, you have to add to that baseplate. season 1 of all chapters is the BASEPLATE for the coming seasons.
C2S1 - I actually enjoyed it, its problem was the fact it went on to long C3S1 - The best start to a chapter ever. Spider-Man mythic was the best ever C4S1 - Sucked. I hated all of Chapter 4 besides for Season 4 and OG C5S1 - Sucked. I hate the map, weapons, everything. Best part was TMNT event

Ive always loved season ones, idk if its just me but i think the point of season 1s is that the new content is the map. the other stuff is for the later seasons. also btw its not even worth playing regular br anymore with the cars and the marvel stuff. they really sold the bag this chapter exept for season 1.
3:24 i dont like chapter 3 season 1, or really any bit of chapter 3. i tihnk every season had a sub-par shotgun meta with something somewhat op to conquer the meta. the map of chapter 3 peaked in season 1 and progressively got worse. theres a lot more to it, but thats the basics of why i dont like chapter 3

CH5 is misunderstood imo.. I thought it was amazing. In Fortnite, what is important to me (especially as a player that started playing in CH4S2), is the amount of steps you have in a game, or the amount of things to do aside from kill people. This season you could, Land get a medallion, land open weapon cases, land go kill guards at a train station and access the mini-vault, land on the train, get forecast tower ect. CH5S2 didn't do so well, but still amazing, land get a medallion, land get weapon cases, land kill guards at a train station, land accept a briefing quest, ect ect S3 really messed this up imo, and removed some of the best spots in the map for ranked and in the normal game the mansion south of Hazy Hillside/Mount Olympus, The train station near the mansion south of fencing fields. This backtracked my steps since the medallions were either not present at their spots and driving around the map or having the entire lobby land there, so that removes the appeal of landing for medallions, forcing you into this boring looting cycle, removing the guards at train stations, removing the train ect. S4 made the medallions more "landable", got the train back, got guards back guarding the doom chests scattered round the map ect. I think this season fumbled the lootpool more than anything. Since CH6 S1 is gonna be my second Season 1, I'm excited since I adored CH5 S1 personally sorry for this turning into a review of CH5 LMFAO
Started playing ch 5 season 1 after quitting when chapter 2 happened and it was the most fun season in chapter 5 cause I thought season 2 was absolute terrible garbage and season 3 was just mid and season 4 was ok but when it came to non br stuff it was the best

Chap2 And here's why I say this: Chapter 3 and 4's season 1's were just overall fun and had a lot of content and memorable additions, Chapter 5's is also very similar in that case but less so due to some of the things at the time weighing it down, Chapter 1 was a refining of the game, cus if y'all didn't play at the time, the pre-season was broken and buggy as hell, so they fixed most of the bugs, buffed a couple of items, and adding content to not just BR but STW aswell Chapter 2's season 1 just dragged on too long, despite being enjoyable and simple, there wasn't much there besides a decent amount of good Poi's, and overall preference-wise It kinda felt that Chapter 2 season 1 kinda regressed on the idea of Chapter 1 season 1, hence why I always consider that season more like the pre-season due to the generally empty content and map
Never expected someone to actually agree with me that C3S1 was bad (well, not bad, just that we didn’t like it. I’d honestly go back to that season over what we’re in now, I just wasn’t a fan of the POIs that chapter).
Ch5 S1 was the best season in this chapter hands down. I don't care about marvel like at all. During that time I also had a bit of different games to play, so ch5 s1 didn't feel stale for me
C2 S1 is just like so fun for me wasnt too sweaty it was just meme after meme after meme like i had 120 lvls just from meming (120lvls was a LOT back then)

I barely played Chapter 4 because I thought the map was bad and especially after Chapter 3 Season 4’s shit battle pass no incentive to play the game. I’m now regretting not getting the battle passes or really playing the game because the map was colorful and at least the battle passes had a couple of bangers like Stray, Balance Board, Ageless, and Kado Thorne. Don’t get me wrong Chapter 5’s passes are some of my favorites like top 7 material but still Chapter 4 had this random bullshit go style and I love that.

Chapter 5 Season 1's clearly the second best season of Chapter 5 it just felt different
I wish Chapter 3 didn’t get cut short making Chapter 4 feel rushed. Imagine if Epic actually went all in with the medievil, fantasy theming and making the season actually have a good Battle Pass. Imagine if Epic didn’t have to rush making a new map and the chapter 3 map didn’t have to get cut short after season 2. Vibin’ and Paradise were meant for the last two seasons of Chapter 3 so instead we could have gotten Wilds right after the war season (this could explain why we got the jungle on the map as the collider explosion could have shown the jungle underneath the chapter 3 map, with the zero point in the center), after Wilds we could have gotten Oathbound (this is because Geno would have reformed himself as the shapeless man and traveled across the zero point to find a reality where he was just starting to build the IO, and convince that version of himself to capture the Zero Point. Throughout the season the Seven would try to stop the Shapeless man and The Ageless from capturing the zero point.), after that season we could get Last Resort (this season could revolve around the Zero Point rifting in more buildings from across different realities. The conflict between the Oathbound and The Seven could leadThe Ageless to summon the POI’s from Last Resort, taking over the Seven POIs. [Last Resort was the only season totally original to Chapter 4 so the story could get a little hazy]), after that we could get MEGA (After whatever happens in Last Resort, the Seven manage to get their allies The Peace Syndicate to help protect the Zero Point from the almost reformed IO leader), and finally we would get the last two seasons, Vibin’ and Paradise (the storyline could happen like this, the Zero Point finally blossoms from the safe environment that the Seven and Peace Syndicate have brought to the island, this could lead to the reality falls biome to take over wherever the Peace Syndicate would reside in on the island. Geno, now fully reformed, begins to take an old IO driller left on the map and digs to the chapter 2 island, where he finds the remaining leaders of the Last Reality who then forge a deal with Geno to capture the Zero Point. The Harald begins to observe the island and makes a plan to start taking it over with the Chrome. The Chrome begins to seep onto the Chapter 3 island from its edges at the end of Vibin’. In a single player event, similar to the Zero Crisis Finale, the looper helps the Seven examine the Chrome leading to every member except the Paradigm, Scientist and, Origin to be turned into Chrome. The remaining Seven members begin to start making a last stand to the chrome and the Last Reality. In the ending live event of Paradise, The Seven and Peace Syndicate stand on the Reality Tree and harness the power of the Zero Point to dispel the Chrome while the Cube King [The Origin] begins to try to over power the chrome and send it back to the Chapter 2 map. At the end of the event the island blows up due to the chrome and neither sides are successful aside from Geno who takes control of the Zero Point and forges and island through Zero Fusion that he can control with his new Imagined Order).
Chapter 3 was planned from the start to be as long as a classic chapter, but it got split in half due to the Unreal Engine getting updated to its 5th version. Epic wanted to show off its new engine and also wanted to get the huge boom of returning players that they got with the start of Chapter 3. This wouldn’t be horrible if Epic had planned this all along like they have with Chapter 5 (yes I know chapter 5 has its issues but you can tell that it was planned to be a year long) but Epic’s Fortnite team didn’t know this leading to the Chapter 4 map being rushed and resulting in the order of seasons being switched around and leaving some like Mega and Wilds half baked.

On the topic of season 1s, here’s a concept for chapter 6 season 1 I made:
Chapter 6 season 1: Fairytale
Battle pass:
Phoenix Knight Skye (tier 1)
Skye would have a phoenix inspired knight suit and with a second style where the fire on her suit is blue
She would also have a Helmet style where the helmet is based on a phoenix head
Ollie would still be her hat and would have a small medieval knight costume (you can take the hat off though)
She would also have phoenix wings as a back bling and glider, a phoenix pet, and a fire sword as a pickaxe
She would be the main character of this season, and is trying to stop King Arthur (who’s the main villain)
For some extra context as to why she’s not with Midas, this would retcon the rise of Midas event a little but this concept would also happen in the same universe for my concept for a Fortnite movie where Midas was the main (twist) villain, so Skye hates him in this concept
Prince Charming (tier 1)
Prince Charming would have red and gold Prince clothing, with a second style where he’s in a traditional knight armor
He would also have a sword pickaxe and horse as a glider
He would be a good guy and be helping Skye defeat Arthur
Disneys Belle (tier 20)
Her base style would be her blue dress, second style would be her yellow dress, and her third style would be a winter coat style
Other cosmetics would the enchanted rose as the back bling, cogsworth as the pickaxe, and Palanquin as the glider
Pinocchio (tier 40) (meme skin)
His base style would be a wooden puppet with Googly eyes and a grey hat and clothes with human boy edit style, he would also be reactive where his nose grows every time you kill someone
He wouldn’t really do much in the story, but he would be a good guy and have the same backstory as he does in the fairytale
Fairy godmother (tier 60)
She would be a old fairy in a silver dress with wings (which would be her back bling)
She would have a wand as a pickaxe and her glider would just be her flying
She would actively be helping Skye with magic
Robin Hood (tier 80)
Robin Hood would have green medieval archer armor with a alternate blue style
Like in the fairytale, Robin Hood would be an out law and helping Skye and charming defeat Arthur
His back bling and pickaxe would be a bow and arrow
King Arthur (tier 100)
King Arthur would have a base style where he’s wearing a red and gold outfit and a gold crown, and his other style at tier 100 would be black and gold glowing armor, there would also be a blue, red, and silver styles like the ice king
Some of his other cosmetics would be a Excalibur pickaxe, a sword in the stone back bling, a cape back bling and a giant red dragon as the glider
His built in transformation emote would be him pulling out Excalibur from a stone, and raising it in the sky (and his armor would appear with a strike of lighting)
Like I said before, he’s the main villain of the season and kind and honorable ruler, but slowly became corrupt and evil out of fear of being dethroned (which has almost happened multiple times before)
Link (secret skin)
His base style would be the hero to time, and the second style would be tears of the kingdom link
Some other cosmetics would be the master sword pickaxe and Hylian shield as the back bling
The battle pass tab would have a massive redesign, bringing back the hideouts from c2s 2-4, but instead it will be in a magical forest with all the battle pass skins in it
You would be able to access the main pass from a storybook on a table, links page would be accessible by clicking on Link, story quests would also be here in a separate book and it would also explain the story + you would be able to replay voice lines from characters
Important lore character in the item shop: Merlin the great: he would be a wizard in a long purple robe and have a really long beard
Gameplay:
Map: Logres, enchanted forest, Santa’s workshop (for winterfest), Merlin’s tower, gingerbread house, Geppetos workshop, A few villages, villages that are in the sky on clouds, and later in the season Hyrule Castle
There would also be a snow and volcano biome
Weapons: Swords, Staffs, wands, Phoenix wings, Merlin’s staff, Pinocchio’s Nose, crossbows, and bow and arrows
There would obviously still be guns as well
Enchantments:
Enchantments are like weapon mods, you’d be able to find them all over the map and can enchant your weapon to give them magical powers, the enchantments are
Fire: when hit, the enemy player will be set on fire
Ice: when hit, the player will slow down and eventually freeze when hit enough
Air: you can either pull players towards you, or pull them away from you
Water: would be able to throw a splash of water at players, dealing 30 damage to enemy players
Light: can shoot a beam of light, dealing (50 damage to players
Lighting: can summon a strike of lightning, dealing 45 damage to players
Wildlife
Horses: horses can be found in the grass biome and are most commonly found in villages, they are passive and you can ride them
Dragons: dragons would be a new rideable animal in the season, they’d be all over the map and are either aggressive or Neutral
You can tame and ride neutral ones but you can’t do that to aggressive ones
There would be multiple types of dragons
Fire dragons: Fire dragons can fly, breath out fire, and spit out fireballs. They are only found in the volcano biome, they have increased strength in the volcano biome but are weaker in the snow biome
Water dragons: water dragons are only found in water and can’t fly, but they can swim really fast in water and go underwater, they can also bite enemies
Frost dragons: frost dragons are only found in the snow biome and can fly, breath out ice that can freeze enemies, and can bite, there strong in the snow biome and are very weak in the volcano biome
Poisonous dragons: poisonous dragons are found in the grass biome and can fly and spit out poison
Phoenixes: Phoenixes would spawn in the fire biome and would be passive: but killing them would give 3 phoenix feathers, which can be used to craft phoenix wings (would work just like the wings of Icarus)
The wings can also be sold by the Skye npc, who also sells a sword with the fire enchantment
Unicorns: Unicorns can be found in the grass biome and are most commonly found in the enchanted forest, they would be passive and you can ride them but killing them would give a unicorn horn, which can be used to craft a unicorn crossbow
The unicorn crossbow shoots out unicorn horns, and deals 35 damage when hitting players, but will heal teammates by 35 if you hit them with
Giants: giants would work like caretakers, they would roam around the map and if you get close they Will start attacking you, killing them would give a bunch of legendary and epic loot
Bosses: King Arthur (Logres), Prince Charming (in one of the villages), Robin Hood (he’d be wandering in the enchanted forest like the Wolverine boss), Merlin (in Merlin’s Tower) Santa during winterfest (in Santa’s workshop), and Link when he releases (he would be in Hurule Castle)
Mythics:
Excalibur: dropped by King Arthur, swinging it would deal 45 damage to players
You can also summon a very strong lighting strike which deals 90 damage to players
Arthur’s shield: dropped by King Arthur, can block 600 damage before being stunned
Prince charming sword: dropped by Prince Charming, deals 40 damage to players, would have the air and light enchantments
Merlin’s staff: dropped by Merlin, would have all 6 enchantments
Robin Hood’s bow: dropped by Robin Hood
Deals 60 damage per arrow, would have a fire enchantment
Santas candy cane blade: dropped by Santa, deals 40 damage and has the ice enchantment
Santa’s mini gift bag: dropped by Santa, gives a random epic or legendary weapon (but it has a 15 cooldown every time you use it)
Master sword: dropped by link, deals 30 damage normally but if you charge it up enough, you can deal 60 damage for about a minute
Hylian Shield: Dropped by link, can block 400 Damage before being stunned
The collab event for this season would be how to train your dragon
Berk would be a new poi on the map and there would be a new types few dragons from the HTTYD series that would work just like how they do in the movies
Hiccup would be an npc in berk and would sell inferno (his sword) as a mythic
The mini pass would feature Astrid when you buy the premium track, and hiccup if you complete the premium track, toothless would be a glider and you can get him by completing the challenge quests (I don’t know what you would collect though), stormfly would be at the end of the free track
The main story would be that Skye is trying to defeat King Arthur due to him being a corrupt ruler, Prince Charming, Robin Hood, Merlin, the fairy godmother, and Pinocchio would all be helping
Later in the season we would find out that the nothing (who would be this chapters big bad) manipulated Arthur and kinda caused him to go insane
At the end of the season there would be a solo event like zero crisis where you play as Skye and have a final duel with King Arthur at his castle, and you manage to defeat him
But it would be revealed that Arthur was building a rift gate to try and summon the nothing (who said he would help him) onto the island and it was starting to activate, so we shut it down before the nothing gets summoned but it malfunctioned and instead bought Ragnarok (from C1S5) to the island
It would then be revealed that Ragnarok is literally the physical manifestation of the event Ragnarok
So Skye rebuilds the rift gate to go to the Norse mythology reality (which is where Ragnarok came from) to get the help of the Norse gods to defeat him, leading into Chapter 5 Season 2: Ragnarok
I made a concert for winterfest as well, but I couldnt post the comment with it for some reason so here it:
As I said before, Santa’s workshop would be on the map for winterfest with a Santa boss
There would also be a Santa skin, he would just look exactly like how he’s usually portrayed, his back bling and pickaxe would be his sack of gifts, and he would have his sleigh as a glider
The collabs would be buddy the elf and the grinch, there would also be a frosty the snowman skin
Santa’s workshop would be a new tab like the cabin, and the 2 free skins for winterfest would be a Christmas drift and tntina (picked tntina since she has no reskins)

chapter 2 season 1 lasted for so long that i was already level 100 when i got the chance to buy the battlepass
Season ones are like a reset to stop all the chaos and built back up to it again.
Quick correction: The Red-Eye AR is fully automatic, just with a quite slow Rate of Fire.
Also, I'm gonna go out and say it, I think projectile weapons are the way to go in Fortnite nowadays. I like the accuracy the first person weapons brings, but I think all of the first person hitscan ARs were way too busted to the point of it overbearing. Gliding was basically asking to be chipped, and having projectile bullets really helped curb the power of third partying. And personally, I just find projectile weapons more fun to shoot as the increased difficulty made hitting your opponents more skillful.
I know that's hitscan weapons are what Fortnite "always was". But honestly, why can Reload be the game mode for people who prefer to keep hitscan, while regular BR can be for us who prefer projectile?

Because not everyone in battle Royale like projectile bullets, I know I certainly don't. If you don't get a scope off spawn, ARs are basically useless. Also they don't weaken third partying, because they can still shoot you. Your point made no sense.

Also, projectile bullets weaken third partying because it is much more difficult to hit your opponents at a distant, especially compared to the first person hitscan ARs ala the Red-Eye. Generally speaking, if you want an actual chance to hit your opponent, you're forced to move in closer thus putting yourself at more of a danger if you want to involve yourself into a fight.
Bc majority of the ppl who play Fortnite like hit scan better than bullet drop, and majority of the ppl play BR not reload , so the minority(who want to keep projectiles) are the ones who should get their own mode👍🏾

Chapter 4 season 1 had the best loot pool, it was the season I started playing and the guns just felt perfect, I had so much fun that season.
Yeah the Spider-Man stuff was cool but overall I really liked the simple feel and fun guns of Ch3 Season 1. Ch3 Season 1 was really the time I started *playing*, playing Fortnite so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but hey I had fun with it.

A very basic Poot Pool like for example:
A slow, precise but powerful shotgun
A fast, bigger hit box but weaker shotgun
A fast but mid damage AR
A slow but stronger AR…

I also feel that they don’t need to change the proyectile weapons, they just need to adjust the speed and the bullet drop.
Another thing I think they should do is to make interesting maps, with small mini games to play or sneaky secrets with a progressive story line, I feel they should make a mixture of the cartoony art style with the realistic one, like what they made on chapter 4.
I also feel like they should EXPAND on the attachments, like reverting the mod bench UI, or adding a new cathegory to mod, I even got an idea: The gun’s cannon, for example, you would have a cannon that increased the damage but for a slower fire rate, and viceversa.
These are just ideas, please don’t get mad, I just enjoy the game the way it is and couldn’t complain about it cause it’s free and super fun.
chapter 4 season 1 was genuinely amazing
I felt like there was a certain art approach to chapter 3's map in the beginning that I really liked personally, with the desert having its own type of terrain; there being an underground cave by shifty shafts, plus the new buildings and homes in poi's that looked better than chapter 2's imo. I glaze the first season of chapter 3 a little too much, mostly for that reason alone.
I really enjoyed playing that season with friends because it felt refreshing and kinda inviting in some way, I get your points on the gun play definitely, I had my share of games being Superman lazar eyed from above by Mk-7's which was pretty frustrating.
It's just that something about that season felt like the developers had fun making the map itself, to me at least.

C5S1's movemt whas good cuz it gave you shocks, grapler and a graple blade, all items that you can use over the other and not forced to use one every time.

Garbage lootpool . Worst movements. Terrible map and pois. Worst graphic in fortnite history. No good mobility items. No event. Same item shops for weeks. Epic employees went on a month holiday . No contents at all ( we got a box ) and the worst christmas event.

I've always seen season 1's as a way to let us get used to the new layout.. so they don't go too crazy with theming or game changes.
Chapter 2: A lot of people say that because the season was the longest ever and all we got is the harpoon gun, it was boring. However, I've always looked at this season as something special. They gave us a fresh new map with new mechanics like fishing and swimming, which in all honestly a lot of players were still getting used to by the time the season ended. Content creation for viewers was at an all time high, with people doing the slurpy swamp healing memes, new ways to do skybases, theories of the new story for the chapter, fishing memes, etc. A lot of our friends who may have quit during Season 9 or Season X also came back to experience this new season, giving a lot of people plenty of opportunity to make new memories. The fortnitemares of ch2s1 was one of the best fortnitemares we have ever had. On top of that, while usually forgotten, fortnite collabed with star wars, which fans of the series went crazy over. We got new lightsabers with different abilities and colors. And the winterfest with crackshots cabin is in my opinion the best winterfest ever. For all those reasons, to me, Chapter 2 Season 1 is my favorite Season 1 out of all the chapters.
i honestly don't think that the first season of chapter 2 was boring, it was really cool exploring all the new locations and slowly getting used to the new map after the old chapter, miss those times (and now its temporary back :P, not the same of course but its still really cool to be able to play on the ch2 map with my friends again after all this time)
It's funny for me since I always start Fortnite on their 2nd season of each chapter, with the exception of Chapter 5
season 1 for chapters is something epic has to build upon. think of it like lego, you begin with a baseplate, you have to add to that baseplate. season 1 of all chapters is the BASEPLATE for the coming seasons.

Ive always loved season ones, idk if its just me but i think the point of season 1s is that the new content is the map. the other stuff is for the later seasons. also btw its not even worth playing regular br anymore with the cars and the marvel stuff. they really sold the bag this chapter exept for season 1.
3:24 i dont like chapter 3 season 1, or really any bit of chapter 3. i tihnk every season had a sub-par shotgun meta with something somewhat op to conquer the meta. the map of chapter 3 peaked in season 1 and progressively got worse. theres a lot more to it, but thats the basics of why i dont like chapter 3

Chapter 3 Season 1 was the best Season 1 in fortnite history till it can be beaten but i love that season so many great map changes and ofc the Spiderman web shooters made the season amazing

CH5 is misunderstood imo.. I thought it was amazing. In Fortnite, what is important to me (especially as a player that started playing in CH4S2), is the amount of steps you have in a game, or the amount of things to do aside from kill people. This season you could, Land get a medallion, land open weapon cases, land go kill guards at a train station and access the mini-vault, land on the train, get forecast tower ect. CH5S2 didn't do so well, but still amazing, land get a medallion, land get weapon cases, land kill guards at a train station, land accept a briefing quest, ect ect
S3 really messed this up imo, and removed some of the best spots in the map for ranked and in the normal game the mansion south of Hazy Hillside/Mount Olympus, The train station near the mansion south of fencing fields. This backtracked my steps since the medallions were either not present at their spots and driving around the map or having the entire lobby land there, so that removes the appeal of landing for medallions, forcing you into this boring looting cycle, removing the guards at train stations, removing the train ect.
S4 made the medallions more "landable", got the train back, got guards back guarding the doom chests scattered round the map ect. I think this season fumbled the lootpool more than anything. Since CH6 S1 is gonna be my second Season 1, I'm excited since I adored CH5 S1 personally

Honestly my list of chapters 1s are a tad weird
1. Chap3
2. Chap4
3. Chap5
4. Chap1
5. Chap2
And here's why I say this:
Chapter 3 and 4's season 1's were just overall fun and had a lot of content and memorable additions,
Chapter 5's is also very similar in that case but less so due to some of the things at the time weighing it down,
Chapter 1 was a refining of the game, cus if y'all didn't play at the time, the pre-season was broken and buggy as hell, so they fixed most of the bugs, buffed a couple of items, and adding content to not just BR but STW aswell
Chapter 2's season 1 just dragged on too long, despite being enjoyable and simple, there wasn't much there besides a decent amount of good Poi's, and overall preference-wise It kinda felt that Chapter 2 season 1 kinda regressed on the idea of Chapter 1 season 1, hence why I always consider that season more like the pre-season due to the generally empty content and map
