I love your time lapse because it shows the complete removeal and install, It is relaxing to watch. I am getting my 2008 replaced and its interesting what the mechanics are goign thru. I can't wait to drive mine!!!!!!! \
You do an incredibly thorough job chronicling your journey with that car! Im having my clutch replaced in the next two weeks. I would have done it myself but thats a tough job on your back.
Thanks man, I appreciate it. Yeah, if you can, paying someone to deal with this transmission is worth it. It sucks to get in and out, and sucks even more on jack stands.
The new clutch looks great, and nice install. I tried the "grease" method to get a pilot bearing out, it worked, but made a huge mess. Next time, only a puller will be used. She's almost done!
Hi there! I've been watching you modifying and fixing ur car, I have to replace my clutch, how this worked for you? Weird souds, shakes, do you recomend this brand over centerforce. I live in punta cana, appreciate your time and help, I just install big elbow, 69 mm TBody and 93 tune, maybe that's why the oem clutch burn out. Thanks and keep going
Is the stock fly wheel aluminum? I'm about to order my clutch rated for 1000 hp since I'm not planning on going over 750 hp. From LMR MCLEOD RXT TWIN DISC POWER PACK - W/ ALUMINUM FLYWHEEL - 26 SPLINE
@@AllThingsBoost So looks like the stock one is steel I ended up getting the 1,000hp with a billet steel flywheel from lethal performance does your video provide the torque specs when installing the fly wheel and clutch assembly?

I would look into an RXT or a 2013/2014 OEM clutch for better engagements
Thanks a lot

I'm not sure. I know the one in mine is steel, but I can't tell you if it's the stock one or not because it was changed prior to my ownership
