I really liked this! Definitely felt the part about going deaf because of music. My favorite genre is post-hardcore, so there’s a lot of screaming. I love the book page flipping sounds. That’s a great book too. Have you read the I Hunt Killers trilogy by Barry Lyga? I read that as a teen, but I reread it every now and then. The second book, Game, has a great plot twist! I also recommend The Vanishing Game by Kate Kae Meyers for a good plot twist. If you like sci-fi/medical as well as thriller, The Terminal Man by Michael Crichton is my favorite book ever. The psychology terms are a bit dated though (it’s from the 70s.) I don’t usually like videos where people talk (like, non-skit videos) because the artist doesn’t usually feel expressive enough to me; it feels rehearsed. But I really liked the “chaotic” nature of this, it stayed interesting the whole time. “Wait, is this muted? It better not be” and “I think it’s actually broken” and “If I could go five minutes without hitting the mic, that would be perfect.” made me chuckle. I really like how you took your time with each item, giving the viewers time to properly enjoy it. I love the paper sounds from the journal, the book, and the poster. Is that the fan in the background? It’s surprisingly soothing, like a white noise machine. I like it. Looking forward to more! Subscribed ☺️
You seem super chill and down to earth. I’m interested in future videos. Well done
