Why are they showing while there are still occupants?
I thought this was new construction, look at the low wall at the :35, its falling apart. Looks like the housing projects in Chicago.
Why pipes are not hidden?
I was interested in buying a condominium but I was very disappointed with what you allowed me to see of the apartment.

Was interested in maybe purchasing, but after seeing the video. This has got to be one of the worst condo design that I have ever seen. It looks so low class.
Very interested in Dumaguete and purchase of a condo BUT financing is an issue. Are there any NO DOWN PAYMENT options for United States citizens?
