The reason why she does mush damage is that the more ennemies have debuffs the more damage she deals. by the way, if you take a look at her passives they increase her damage due to the debuff ruplicate and transition abilities add to that the active skill that does help to ruplicate some debuffs from her to the strongest attk ennemy too
