    So, I used to believe that revision doesn't actually change the past but I revised something just to feel better about myself. I went to sleep imagining the outcome that I wanted. To my surprise, I met a person who was involved in the situation that I revised and he actually had no memory of what I did in that event. I was dumfounded! Now, I know that revision does change the past because imagination creates reality. It's incredible!

    The first time I consciously tried revision was to qualify for a school award, I got a bit upset because i knew I deserved a higher grade so I did revision. A few days after 2 school employees confirmed that i may no longer qualify for the award but I persisted. 3 days after those conversations with the 2 previous employees, i talked to the dean and said that despite having a low grade on that subject I still have a chance if I reach a certain/high overall GWA.

    Important Notes:
    How to do revision?
    11:09 Revision is taking something undesirable that happened in the past and instead imagining a desirable outcome instead. You can do it during SATS until you fall asleep, or you get the feeling of satisfaction.
    How to tell if you're successful:
    -15:59 If you have impressed that new memory you're going to have that new revised memory come up instead of the old one.
    -16:14 I you notice that the old story is still coming up and it's still coming up strong that is an indication that we need to go back and keep revising it we need to keep erasing that memory from our consciousness. What's going to start to happen is that old memory is going to get foggy it's gonna get disjointed it's gonna become harder to recall you might remember that something happened but it's gonna feel very fuzzy and you're gonna notice that when the event pops up into your mind when you recall the memory of the thing that happened it's going to be of the new revised memory instead. So old memory popping up = need to keep revising, new memory popping up = success.

    I've reached a new understanding of the law watching this. I've had an epiphany i wanna share with you.
    Memories are a collection of '' now'' moments stored inside the mind. Those memories we carry with us are in our mind. So is the future. And we can access them. This explains the "there is no past and no future'' thing for me. It makes sense to me now. There is only now. We can access the past via our minds and replace our past ''now moments'' (memories) by choosing new ones. By doing this we move to a new/parallel reality that contains those ''past'' memories and as a result, a different effect on the present and future . I hope i'm making sense 😅

    hello Missy,
    I've always pushed the "revision" topic away because I had the wrong idea about it. Sylviane also brings up that topic more often and every time I tended to push it away because of many bad experiences in the past. At first I also always thought that we had to replace the old image by reliving it. I started today with the chapter in Neville's complete reader, in awakened imagination and the search, chapter 4, the pruning sheers of revision. I thought I'd watch a video from you 🙂. I red that it is also about self-forgiveness. So, on a negative event, I will start reviewing my day (or the event) the way I want it 😉. Thank You!

    I love your channel and your way of being ❤ sure that we are eternal but the limiting belief when growing up that they tell us that they will be elderly could make us project that in the future people will age and die without being a real law. That’s why whenever I see myself at 60 I imagine myself the same as my 24, I will never ever project something like old age or illness 🦠 since projection is really what leads us to that destiny.

    Yay my favorite topic ❤ Missy can I ask, from your experience with revision and resolving bad situations and fallouts, do revised things get sorted out in a logical manner, with reconciliations and apologies? Or once we're in a new state do people act as if nothing happened? I'd love to forgive and forget, but if someone did a bad thing it makes no sense if things would proceed like nothing happened, some sort of closure for the situation is needed. For example if someone ghosted you and then came back into your life, would they acknowledge it was not right to leave the way they did?

    • @mswhunter118
      @mswhunter118 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    Questions on revision. My logic and reason can’t get out of the way on these two. Help! : 1) what if it’s around someone who died - my husband died 10 years ago? 2) my father disowned me financially before he died 25 years ago - if he would have kept me in his will I would be a multi millionaire and not struggling as single mother. Hey Missy, I'm new to revision. I was just wondering how you go about your everyday life while implementing this practise. During the day when we can't go within for a long period of time like we're in public, how can we access the benefits of revision or a better feeling state? Sometimes I feel like I should be revising more and when I'm not doing it, I'm thinking what else should I be doing. It's like I'm trying to fill time between the day when the circumstances don't feel pleasurable to me. I try to go within and at least tell myself everything is working out for me, but I can struggle when I'm experiencing physical pain for example. It's like I want more relief when I feel like I can't meditate and things like that because I have to attend to 3D obligations. Hope this is making sense. I hope you're enjoying the holidays ❤️

    Hey missy, I have a question for you. What about adult children of emotionally abusive parents or narcissistic parents? I imagine revision would work the same in that case but one thing we learn and desperately cling to is an intellectual understanding of the abuse because it keeps us safe from it being repeated. Often times the subconscious will refuse to not acknowledge this abuse because it has left such a deep imprint from years, if not decades, of repetition and incredible emotional pain. Narcissists will NEVER change and allowing yourself to act as though the abuse never happened gives them opportunities to continue said abuse, which is something they are always looking to do anyways. I find myself trying to have faith and trust in the "safety" of life but this is very challenging because my mind has so many examples of life not being safe. There have been times in the past when I've "forgiven" the abuse and each time my parents have rushed in to abuse me more and each time gets worse with greater repercussions on the quality of my life. So much so that it's been 4 years since life last gave me an opportunity to move towards my dreams. I feel so trapped. I understand I have to get past this pain but I REFUSE to allow my parents any additional opportunities to hurt me. Any input would be appreciated, thank you

    • @Carlinaaguilar10
      @Carlinaaguilar10 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is something I will tell you, it seems that what you focus on appears more. I never talk about narcissists and literally in my reality they don’t exist, but if I thought about them they will surely appear. Words have power and by changing your words “although in your current life it is the same regarding that subject” it will change only by saying what you want. Take this test! Say, universe thank you for sending me (and you say something specific) in real time example: universe thank you for everything being resolved as I wanted, I assure you that your words will change people as they are presented in your life. If you do the check-up you would be calm as if it had never happened (without emotional injuries) and the people you met who hurt you will remember the new memory you placed ❤

    There’s a lot I do not ever want to revisit. Large period of time. Too hurtful. Too traumatic. Hence why I have always avoided revision. Even the topic in titles, I’d avoid those videos. Childhood was horrifying. Adulthood wasn’t, but it was still hurtful. Money struggle, too, for me, but I didn’t grow up poor. So that’s always baffled me.

    If I wanted to revise a break up right… specifically my sp thinking that I did something I didn’t which led to break up itself.. what would be the best way to revise that? just think the break up never happened? Or the conversation with his family that led him to believe the lies?

    What do you do when you have tried to revise a past experience, but a friend or family member who shared in that experience refuses to stop bringing it up/worrying about the outcome even though you have asked them not to several times? They are, in essence, reactivating the past/unwanted experience which is not desired. Each day, in addition to revising the past
    event do we then also revise the conversations with the friend/ family member to not include discussions of the unwanted past event?

    Missy when we change the ‘ past ‘ aren’t we really changing the state we were in? If time is just a construct we use to order our lives then in actuality we exist in states.?

    Ok now I’m a bit confused. Like when you said the only moment real is the present .. now. So if the 3D were experiencing now is old news, then how is the now the real moment?

    • @ManifestwithMissyRenee
      @ManifestwithMissyRenee  2 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Past/future = mental concepts
      Physical 3D (the "present") = the embodiment of said concepts and the only moment you are experiencing with your physical senses.
      So the "present" is the lens in which we are experiencing things in the physical world, right now. It's the world that we perceive as "real" (ie we don't presume that we can reach out and touch a car that passed by us five minutes ago.)
      That said, this "present" is determined by the assumptions we had five minutes/days/weeks ago, so when I say it's "old news" that's just to say it was created by us and can be changed by us.
      I hope that makes more sense, I should've phrased that better and that's on me!

    does it simply change ur subconscious beliefs and undoes any effect it had on the subconscious and chsnges it to something else?
    or is it a like a "be careful what you wish for" situation where you change all of reality itself to ensure that that event you revises for must have happened ?
    or a mixture or both?

    I do not know what I did incorrectly BUT I tried Revision on a past event (the event occurred 3 weeks ago) and I felt that the Revision worked. None of the other people involved in the situation acted as such (several people were still not talking to me). Guess I was filled with hopium that the Revision worked . I will try again tonight but how can I tell if the past has truly been revised? It is a very important event I must Revise. Thanks.

    please tell me
    does revision just change beliefs or does it change the past/present itself? I mean, if I revise the death of a person, then this death will not happen and the person will remain alive? or if my partner and I have broken up, and I revise the breakup as if it never happened, then one day I will wake up and our relationship will be as before (without the typical reconciliation)?

    It may be silly, but I want to revise my sexual past. I just don't feel connected to my old self anymore, who had a body count of 21. That's not who I am anymore. I don't want to become a virgin again, but I want to be able to say I've only slept with 5-6 men, and it being true. How is this possible? Because I just don't want to identify with that old person who made those choices. That's just not me anymore...

      What about those who revised their past by using an affirmation only "that/it nevet happened"..? The toxic people they deleted in their reality and have never seen them ever since after their revision? And also those who revised the death of someone they love that it brought them back to life?

      It is literally to change the past. You can even 💭 imagine that you paid something and in real life they will believe that it was. I tried it with a monthly payment of my car and when I went to the bank they told me what I had checked, it appeared that I had already paid
