I think Valve should ban GPU CPU numbers they ban IP mac number and Phone and hardware bans. like Epick Blizzard activision does. plus the cheater will never do that again for sure.

Always report steam account as well add game ID number.
I wish they could ban IP and track a part of hardware as well.
There was client in Dota 1 days named Dotalicious you couldn't ever have more than one account I really loved it. IP change didn't help, reinstaling windows neither, even if you format your entire hard disk they still detect you somehow that you already have an account. So I guess they were detecting your hardware. I think system would help a lot against boosting, acc buying or selling, smurfing, cheaters...
Hopefully Valvle will do something like that :)

They probably use some zoom hack and the script deals with camera and mouse movement. So you can actually see that they move the camera weirdly and sometimes they run away and do things like toggling armlet without looking to what is happening
