Svařuje v pohodě i 1mm plech. Flux dráty jsou ale citlivější na čistotu svařovaného obrobku než u klasické Co2.. Proto každý kdo by chtěl svářet např, karoserii musí očistit plech nejlépe z obou stran od barvy. Osobně jsem vyměnil zemnící kleště za kvalitnější a je to o znát. Flux drát jsem sehnal jen 0,8 a 0,9 mm. Dobrý pomocník do domácnosti.
If you don't use gas on these machines, you have to reverse the polarity by tearing the machine down and swapping the leads around as there is no switch. Welds will be sub standard and have excessive splatter otherwise - been there done that - once rectified they do a reasonably good job with the right wire also !.
There is different problem, this is machine only for fluxcore, no gas input, but there is no polarity, it's transformer AC machine, therefore the splatter is standard for this kind of machine. Newer A1 one has inverter inside with correct polarity for fluxcore and it welds nicely.

Dobrý večer, ja osobne Vás ako youtubera nepoznám, ani neviem ako som sa dostal k Vášmu videu a keďže túto zváračku mám tak ma hlavne zaujímalo, ako ju správne nastaviť, teda A/posuv a hrubka drôtu, pretože v manuáli to pre laika nie je dostatočne jasne napísané. Video ako prezenčka výrobku ok, ale plusi a mínusi slabo vysvetlené, divím sa tým 2,8 melónika pozretí.. Tu by som chcel podotknúť každému užívateľovi, ktorý si buď kúpil alebo sa chystá kúpiť túto zváračku.. Moje dojmy a nápady a skúsenosti.. Takže za prvé, Parkside drôt a ich prievlaky okamžite preč, to je figa borová.. Pasujú nato aj iné lepšie značky. Dochádza k prerušovanému zváraniu, preto tam tie kazy. Ďalej moja je prvý typ, ona to má ale táto je druhý typ, vývod kábla ide iba cez dieru a plastovú objímku, to spevniť inak sa zohne a zlomí, popraská... Ďalej tie guličky, som sklamaný, že Ste to nepovedal vo videu. Tie vznikajú preto lebo táto zváračka zvára striedavým prúdom, na výstup ja doporučujem usmerňovač aspoň na 150A s chladením plus tlmivku.. Vtedy to pôjde jak 300 Eurová zváračka.. :D S pozdravom ostáva MB-Technik.. :)
Pro nějaký smrkání doma pro nesvářeče asi dobré, ale pořád nechápu proč na většině ukázkách jede každej jak elektrodou dozadu. Ceockem se jede vždy dopředu. Měl jsem tu čest na 15 min vyzkoušet a nic moc.

Kupio sam co2 aparat u Lidl i tri kotura žicu koju sam u međuvremenu potrošio.Kako sada da nabavim žicu kada je nema u prodaju .Nije li to prevara kupaca.
Zdravím. Potřeboval bych radu jakým způsobem vyměnit drát za nový. Je tam nějaký zpětný chod toho podavače? Už jsem vypotřeboval cívku a podavač už nemá co posunovat. Nicméně v hubici je stále původní drát, jak ho vyndat? Děkuji

Musíš to cítiť v ruke a ťahať spravne ruku. Drôt sa nesmie odtlacat ale nesmie ani vinehavat. Na mojom 2 videu je videt na akom nastavenie zvaral hotel 2mm. Max doporučene hrúbka zvaraneho materiálu je 2.5mm.
To nie je bowden, ale špička. Bowden je vodiaca trubička pre drôt, nachádzajúca sa v hadici. Keď sa zavádza drôt, špička nie je v horáku, aby sa drôt nezasekol. Nasadí sa, až je drôt výjde von.

i have the 80 amp Parkside flux weder. Is not so good machine. This one is better I think.

To nie je bowden, ale špička. Bowden je vodiaca trubička pre drôt, nachádzajúca sa v hadici. Keď sa zavádza drôt, špička nie je v horáku, aby sa drôt nezasekol. Nasadí sa, až je drôt výjde von.

I enjoyed your video. I bought this welder and was worried I'd bought crap. But you seem to have a positive conclusion. One thing though, I noticed there was a lot of splatter with your welds. Mine does the same. Is there a way to lessen this messy, splashy finish?
