Hi mate, thank you, must admit it's my favorite so far as well. I did go up via Bizzle Crags in the winter one year but think I'll try that route again in good weather 😉👍
Great day out. I've always wanted to do the henhole but don't think i have the fitness now. Just found your channel. Look forward to watching more. Thanks for sharing
Hi there, thank you for commenting and subscribing. It's beautiful up there, especially in spring when all the wildlife is starting to re appear after the Winter. One of the beauties about the outdoors is there is no entry fitness level or deadlines. It's nice just to wonder and see where you get to with no pressures or judgement. On that day my partner and I paid for the day pass and parked in the valley about a mile or so away from the beginning of the hen hole, with just the thought of going up as far as she could manage. Ended up spending 12 hours taking our time up the waterfalls then up to the cheviot and back down over Auchope, a long day but well worth it.
Hi, thank you ☺, should of had some more photos of the waterfalls but it was too bright and Nicci didn't have any filters for her camera with her. Hopefully we will revisit in the changing seasons and try again, also with more drone footage 🙂.
Hi mate.... I've been dying to get out camping so I packed my bag on Sunday morning and went to the Cheviot Sunday afternoon with one of the dogs and twisted my ankle 😥. Weather report was wrong also so made decision to call it and return home. But will keep trying 👍🙂. Atb Andy
Love that route up onto the Cheviot 👍🏻, cracking drone footage too , thanks for sharing 👍🏻😎
