Definitely the most affordable option to stay beachside in Kuantan, relatively new, unit condition will depend on the homestay operator, the studio unit is spacious enough for 3 adults and a kid, pool is definitely big, overall good economical stay for family

If we come with 2 cars, is there visitors parking in the multi storey carpark?

Yes there is, but I think they only give one parking lot per apartment. Have to request for another if you need 2.
