I think Brazillian fans are dramatizing the situation. AnaC is getting better everyday. Her unfortunate injury is not the fault of FB. FB couldn't use her on the field although we need her throughout the season. Meliha is our reserve OH and, AnaC is the starter. However Ana's injury forced Lavarini to use Meliha more this season. She also did a great job especially on reception side. I don't think we'll need AnaC in the match against Milano. But i'm sure she'll be fully recovered on April because we can't win league and CL final without AnaC. For the Olympics she'll probably be there with her 100%. So stop acting like we're an enemy of Brazil because this is not true. Here the player i'm sad about is Stysiak. Looks like she's collapsed physiologically after arrival of Vargas. She's blocked 6 times in this game and couldn't contribute to the team much. And don't forget that Lavarini is her coach in Poland national team. Yet she prefered Vargas over her and this is a wise choice. But u guys need to understand the world does not revolve around u.
I have noticed this same thing about Magdalena Stisyak, and have been looking to see if it is affecting her demeanor. However, she appears to not only be jovial, but she seems to harbour no grudge toward Melissa Vargas for taking her job. She is only 23, and with the excellent frame that she has, I am sure it will not take much for her to return to the trajectory she was on, and go on to become one of the best opposites in the game. The girl is 6'8, and I have see her spike the ball over people without even jumping... If I was her, I would leave Vakifbank and go to a team where I would have a chance to play regularly, and thus improve my craft. At this point, Vakifbank does not have proper opposite, what with the undersized and underpowered Jordan Thompson parlaying her unsatisfactory talents in that position for them .....
Hello, champ. As a brazilian volleyball fan id say that on the internet has much hate. Not every brazilian fan think like this, and we're all together.
First, she's still recovering from her injury, that's why coach is including her into team slowly. Second, with returning of Vargas who is counted as native, Fenerbahçe will use both Vargas and Ana at the same time. It's just a matter of time. Both she and her family are happy to be here btw.
Arina is on fire at the moment, that aside, I am a Fenerbahçe fan and i watch club news closely and i know Ana is okay with current situation. As for Lavarini, Stysiak is his player from Poland national team, he even benches her and lets Ana play (keep in mind foreign player restriction) This alone shows Lavarini's plan to implant Ana in starting squad. He even stated his desire to play Vargas and Ana together. @@enox3300
Não é isso não cara. A Meliha é reserva e a Ana tava lesionada. Agora que ela voltou gradualmente a reserva vai sendo colocada no banco e ela começar as partidas
Ana Cristina needs to improve her fitness. She is a bit slow, and against a bigger and better team, many of her spikes in this game would have been returned or blocked, because she is predictable. In comparison, Arina Federovtsva is becoming faster, and that is why she has improved so much. Paola Egonu is extremely fit and fast, and jumps higher than anyone. Tijana Boskovich is very powerful, and is now in the prime of her career. The best inspiration for Ana Cristina should be her close friend Melissa Vargas, who is the same height as she is and has the agility and reflexes of a cat. Of course Melissa is 24, and Ana Cristina is 19, and so we are talking about an almost 5 year difference in experience. Ana Cristina can be an opposite if the she improves her agility and speed because she has the skill to hit the ball anywhere on court, and can serve very well. If I was her mother, who is her mentor, I would also encourage her to study the serve game of Arina Federovtseva while they are still team mates. Not only does Arina have impeccable placement on her serves, but she puts so many different spins on them that they often rebound in unexpected and unreturnable directions.
@@MzeewaUjiji I think she could be better as Opposite rather than OH, maybe. I've looks on how Akimova are playing, she absolutely hammer the ball and has ability to spike over the block, but mostly not, due to fast faced Italian style and setter approachment. A good thing is she don't have to receive any ball, that why I mentioned Ana C early. I do think Ana already learned on how to serve and spin the ball like Arina did, but I also noticed Gabi's agility in handling Arina's served at latest match. Lavarini specifically instructed Arina to served Gabi to slow down her moved as she was the only player on the opposite side of the court who can make any different from her teammates.
@@well9179 Interesting. You obviously know more about the game than I do. I hope she can go to a team where she can get regular playing time as an opposite. The problem with Fener is that with Vargas and Stysiak there, she will always be played at outside only. Maybe she should try and move to Vakifbank which clearly has an opportunity at that position, since Jordan Thompson is not doing anything for them.
@@MzeewaUjiji yep...but this Trio already extending their contract. There is romuor that Vakif want Ana C and Vargas, but got rejected, while Arina got offered from Chinese club. Honestly, I do hope Lavarini will form this Trio into powerful attacking line like Terzic did last season, but the problem is Vargas will go to China again next season due to her 3 years contract with Tianjin, so...I guess Stysiak will stay, so does Drca. There is doubt Ana will fit enought to compete in Paris, that would be a problem for Ze.
