Phantasma is truly our secret god for maintaining enjoyment for Lost Word. I actually didn’t know you can use the rhythm game just to restock on SP. I’ll take advantage of this while it’s available. Thanks to the exchange shops, I can say I own one of every ex stage story card thanks to this shop. Even the JP side is getting some more enjoyment because of the epic exchanges over there. Things are really looking up for Lost Word going into 2023. Happy Early New Year!
The latest updates, including New year are a Bandaid not a fix. But its great to see that Phanta/Global are willing to start address some of the problems and hastily not well thought through fixes can do more damage then good. The SP on Reimu's mini game seem to be a bone thrown to the end game JP community, who seem to brick their characters. Definitely with Gothic Orrin being better than Gothic Okuu. Keep up the good videos.
Started playing on 9/2023. I do feel like the game is playable as f2p, though it can be frustrating getting to the point of reliably getting to point of acquiring the limited time challenge quest story cards. The FOMO isn’t great. I ended up really liking the mechanics (most of which I self taught myself, I like to think my FGO experience helped lmao). That coupled with all the artist collaborations makes me want this to be THE touhou gacha game that endures. I have no qualms with spending in support of the game on favorable bundles. I do wish I could get the divergent spirit reruns for the story cards that I need to finish my comps though. Oh, speaking of divergent spirits, they really should boost the drop rates like they did with the main quests story cards. Either that or just increase the drop amount by spending more spirit points like you’ve suggested. I do not mind idle farming while I work, but it can feel ridiculous to glance at my phone every couple hours and see no drops
I don't think that C3 Hecatia is that bad as people make her to be. I've got her on my 30 pull and recently she's more and more useful due to the last phase in ex battles where enemies have no barriers. Her debuffs are really helpful for that
Talking about weak units, C3 Komeijis just got released and Satori having worse than L1 Reimu scaling and Koishi debuffing Yin DEF when she's a YANG attacker really sound like a scam. I wonder if that's related to jp adding the epic fes spark
I’d say the most recent update has been a step in the right direction, but I wouldn’t easily consider all the problems with LW to be solved, nor would I consider Phantasma as any kind of savior or gigachad either.

Also With Confirmed Ultra Festival Fantasy Rebirth Charater I Do Think it does Help Making Older Unit of Such as Z1 Marisa Or R8 Yommu I Do Agree that you need to do lowering Power creep so that game get Do other stuff I do think lostword does need something like raid battles or something do help with a few more of the game longevity For Ultra Festival Charaters I Do Expect not going see any more Fantasy Rebirth till further months sense it we still need to finish up more general and Festival Units Ect till then I will say I do enjoy myself waiting at least

Within the existing mechanic all I can think of is something like the Tengu in Star EX, Bring a more powerful unit with Killers deal with the consequences of getting your spare "Bombs" early.
Hmmmm maybe its about time I finally tried to play this games endgame. I've been playing since launch and never bothered to clear on e EX stage yet. I always looks at the store to see 50000 points needed for A SINGLE CARD and assumed I'd need to grind at least a 1000 runs so I never bothered putting in that kind of energy for a gacha game.
@@aajohans yeah thank you lol I mean you have extraordinary luck. I've been grinding that stage for days, burned like 20,000 sp trying to get kaguya costume (still haven't gotten it) didn't know if there was a secret to it or not.
@@jackmehoff9957 Man they're not anything rare, they're something like the story card drop rates, just try farming the second event stage in lunatic with any decent-ish character solo, a lot of gen units can do it with only their last word, it's better if you use autorematch, 50 runs and then use other character, it should eventually drop if you just give kt a while
@@juanca12th hahaha! they were the hardest to get for me! Took a few days of grinding to get my eirin then another 2 for kaguya and this guy got 2 eirins in 200 tries!? I consider that lucky is all I mean.

Elemental Ex has been my favorite part of this game ngl, so glad we're getting Wood Ex soon
