  • Welcome to this short review of the Kraford and Lypt LTECH Probe system.
The highlight of this piece of kit for your FX Impact is the retracting probe! This allows for a few benefits: maximizing air volume and flow efficiency, repeatable precision loading (eliminate bent skirts or angled slug loading), and no more bending that tiny pin probe! Additionally, has this buttstock replacement has the KLS buttstock integrated and provides for a much more rigid rear end of your FX Impact.
In the video, I'll cover the features and also do a comparison against the FX Impact OEM probe. Tests were done at 100 bar and 150 bar with 600mm and 700mm liners. JSB 25.39gr MRD pellets and H&N 30gr .217 slugs were used for testing.
In my testing I found the Kraford and Lypt LTECH Probe system does provide air efficiency gains and when you add in all the included features--this accessory is top notch! This product opens up additional options for shooters by allowing you to gain FPS vs using the FX Probe OR allows you to gain more efficiency in allowing you to tune your regulator down and maintain the same FPS--more shot count and a softer shot cycle!
Both benchrest and PRS shooters can find advantages using the K&L LTECH Probe system. Benchrest: precision repeatability when loading, not damaging pellet skirts, maximize your shot count and efficiency. PRS: eek that last bit of FPS out of your tune, fully adjustable integrated KLS buttstock, or even shorten that OAL up and maintain the same FPS!

I’ve got two of them, one on my .22 Impact and one on my .30 Impact, both slug guns. The L-tech is a must for anyone wanting the most efficiency out of their Impacts! This could be the difference between standing on the podium or watching from the crowd. The ingenuity is cutting edge and the quality is second to none. Once you get one in your hands you’ll quickly see what a piece of true American craftsmanship this thing really is, borderline piece of art! Beautiful work K & L!!

Totally agree! When you add in everything that has been integrated beyond just the probe technology, it's pretty crazy what you're getting for the money. I am excited to have this be my .22 MRD setup with a 600mm barrel--shooting right in the sweet spot, running an efficient reg pressure to achieve it and my anecdotal take is I'm not seeing as many fliers.

I've been trying to get a little more FPS to maximizee the pellets I'm using. This is going to push it right into the sweet spot without pushing my regulator to the max! Are they in stock??
