Following your finger really made me tingle. I don't tingle easily. I feel like I don't see many visual triggers anymore, which is a shame because if anything, it usually puts me to sleep
@Gonzalo_Almendra i don't think she will just ignore you, maybe you always comment when it's late and alot of people have already commented, and fore sure you don't expect her to reply back to all the hundreds of people who have commented, you need to understand she is human too.
craziest thing is for a long time I genuinely though you were all making this 'cranial nerve exam' up for ASMR purposes but the other day I was at my neurologist appointment, and to my astonishment he gives me a cranial nerve exam that quite literally went exactly like this, it was awesome, I was struggling not to fall asleep, this guy kept asking me questions like can you feel this soft or sharp and I was like ye ye... hmm what was that? oh my reflexes aren't working as they should? oh that's just because I was nodding off, you think I should have an MRI, ok wait what?
May I suggest one of my sleep instructions video or sleep hypnosis if you're struggling to fall asleep? Roleplays are awesome for tingles but I feel like there's types of ASMR that are better if you REALLY need to get sleep :)

oh my I never even thought of that, but I assumed most people can hear this sound. There are videos (not ASMR) with a frequency sound that goes from very low to very high so you can test what's the range of frequencies you can hear, maybe give it a try and speak with a doctor if you have troubles with your hearing!
