Dubbing is ok. But the problem is they have suppressed the great background music in the original documentary. There are moments where the BGM does the work on convey the emotions and mood in the story. Also the narrator lacks modulation and emotion. Charles Dance did a great job in the original. They should have chosen a veteran bollywood actor for narration. Charles Dance had Amrish Puri kind of voice. He is a famous theater, movie and TV actor (Game of Thrones). They could have got Om Puri or Amitabh Bachchan for this narration.
