If you do enjoy his talent, please stop labelling his voice since you know he got bullied all the time when he was young just because his voice didn't change during puberty like other boys and because of that, he stops singing for a long time. I don’t think he has a female voice. Just because his voice it’s so neutral, and it can be acting so so so gentle, smooth and tender, very different to others masculine voice.
I don't think he is insulting him, he is just stating the obvious - if you close your eyes and listen 99% would think its a girl singing. But thats what makes him special, that his pitch is better than most girls lol.

FYI, ancient china's opera show were all acted by men only ( women were not allow). As the result, if the show require a woman in the play then the man must know how to act or sing like a woman. Therefore it's quite common to have men sing like women in the old days.

The last phrase is like "coloratura soprano". People can have high pitch. But it's rare to have this kind of smooth and beautiful voice. Even if you don't understand English or Mandarin, you still can feel the emotion he is delivering to the audiences. Just like most people who love opera in Italian. No need to be professional. Everybody should be able to enjoy music.

Lots of Chinese were loving this song without knowing the actual singer is a guy. Until 2017, he was invited to Sing China to help Guo Qin to have a duet of (you can find this video under Reaction by D, the TH-camr who prepared this we watched). His voice is very special/rare. He sang many old songs of the female singers whom I loved when I was young, such as Qi Yu, Teresa Teng and Feya Wong. Please do not feel sorry for thinking his voice is such feminine. The more you listen, the more you can tell that it's not that feminine. It's just Zhou Shen's voice.
