Ever time I need a “ spiritual lift “ I pick up your books and watch your clips . Not sure why I struggle to lift myself , hard too mental chitter chatter pulls me off centre ! Thankyou for all the help your advice offers 🙏

Love this, working with #mindfulness and maintaining that high vibrational state is what it is all about - it doesn't have to be a struggle it's about integrating. Thanks for a thought provoking walk. #sustainablehappiness

I worked for Ford Motor Company from 1997-2000. This is how you learn to work. Think about what you're thinking.

Wait, did she just say drink the Kool-aid? Oh sweetie, maybe you don't know what that means (it's not a good thing). Loved this message though.

letting Jesus Christ take over he will give abundance if you give yourself over to his peaceful behavior and thoughts.

Oh boy lol why do you gotta say, "come here and drink the Kool aid". I know that spiritual practice isn't cult, but I'm pretty sure most of the entire wide world knows what that the statement, "drink the Kool aid", or "don't drink the Kool aid" means and what it's a reference too. I love you Gabby Bernstien, but please stop using the phrase that linked to a proper cult with a horrific outcome 🤦‍♀️
