The NBA on NBC and NBA on CBS are the games I like to watch thanks to great productions, analysis, commentaries, presentations, and in-game action by the real 🏀 lers and coaches!
@@leighwright3450 i hope NBC's rights in 2025 has that classic monologue of storyline/telling, hype, creative narrative, and intense graphics like on the 1990s presentation.
And to think how things can change and the what ifs. Like does he still end up in Utah if Barkley don't get traded to Phoenix which sent him and perry to Philadelphia
Beat if not also outplayed Stockton AND Magic (who was league MVP that year) in the same playoff run. 89-92 KJ was a top 3-5 PG in the league, that still had prime guys like Magic, Stockton and Isiah during that stretch.
Kevin Johnson hits one of the most clutch shots in modern playoff history to that point, and James Brown calling it like a January matinee. Yikes. Love JB as the studio host, but his pbp left a lot to be desired.
Thurl Baily was a really good player in his prime Utah years, but him taking 29 shots to Karl Malone's 19 in a season on the line playoff game, was indefensible lol
I think this Utah team was better than the team that pushed the Lakers to seven games in 1988 and this Lakers team was not better than the 1988 team so you are wrong

Exactly
I still miss both the NBA on CBS and the NBA on NBC broadcasts

Another great game but I’m just a fan of that era 80s and 90s was the best basketball. Great job of blending all the highlights.
👍
Excellent channel alot of people forget how great these players and games were.
FACT : Eddy Johnson EJ finish his NBA career with 19.202 points ,more points than isiah Thomas , Scottie Pippen,Magic Johnson or Julius -DJ - Erving.

Prime KJ was a certified baller
The final season of the NBA on CBS to date.
which NBA theme is better, CBS or NBC? I like CBS but I love NBC
@@coreyortiz9913 That's a tough one. Both are great.

Biggest loser, the Lakers. They would've dismissed this version of the Jazz but just didn't have the speed to keep up with KJ and Hornacek.
They had beaten them 2 years ago albeit barely plus Stockton and Malone were better in 1990 than in 1988

nicee one
I gotta say, though I like seeing Karl Malone lose he’s just all way too much elbows.
Choke artists Jazz 😂
