Well, well, well... Fioras build is very very situational, and because she is such a clutch champion, the build really matters. You have like 5 options for the first item alone. Trinity into ranged, Hullbreaker into fighter who doesn't go for black cleaver or doesn't shred armor, Divine Sunderrer into healthy tanks. You can also build half of an anti heal item first, depending on your enemy. You can even go Brk or Yomus first. Second item is situational as well. You can build manamune, if the enemy has a weak midgame and you dont have mana runes. You can go brk if you need attack speed and heal. You can go steraks cage into fighters, deaths dance against assasins, or one of the items, you haven't picked as your first item. You can basically make use of any ad-item, tank item or fighter item, with few exceptions. It highly depends on who you are fighting. Maybe you want to split push or maybe your team doesn't have a tank and needs you in team fights.
This considers only if you have Fiora locked in and must adapt to the enemy. Itemization, champion match ups, split pushing or grouping with team and minion management(when to build wave, protect wave, fight in wave or clear wave to gain damage, gold and time advantage) is a big part of playing baron lane. This is the lane which is mostly skill and knowledge reliant. Most of the time, you are completely alone with your opponent in the baron lane, which means your own decisions matter extremely for the outcome of your laning phase.

If you decide to play baron lane, i recommend you to learn to play with Garen. He is quite strong and very beginner friendly. If you mess up, he heals back up passivly. His abilities are simple enough to learn to time and combine them correctly. He has quite a universal build. No matter how behind you are, his ultimate will always provide value for you and your team. Even with a simple champion like Garen, there is so much you can learn and do. I recommend the youtuber strider for tutorials. My main champions were garen and fiora. My highest rank with them was grand master. I learned most from striders tutorials and losts of practice. Fiora, will always be hard to play, but its extemly rewarding when you manage to outplay the enemies with her. I love fiora, but i played her only for the fun of outplaying enemies. I played garen to get good and to rank up.

Let me preface this by saying that I really enjoy your videos in general and this one in particular. But as a fiora main, I challenge you do an ult fast proc in 0.3 seconds as you stated in the video. Even in League PC where you have many more tools to proc vitals, to do it this fast is borderline impossible.
An important detail that newer people should pay attention to is that after hells gets his first kill, he doesn’t push wave because he can freeze and deny mundo even more gold/xp or force mundo to be in a vulnerable position
There are actually a few champions that could 1v1 a late game Fiora: Jax can, but it’s a skill matchup with Riposte vs Counterstrike mind games. Yi and Tryndamere just auto attack Fiora to death since Riposte can’t block anything meaningful against them. And Red Kayn is also an absolute chad in sustain fight and it’s also a skill matchup.
For some reason the best Fiora players right now all gave up on the manamune build, but I just can't play without it. I also like to play gathering storm to be an absolute late game monster. I once did 95k damage with this build lol
Your videos always make me wanna try champions that I don't normally play or haven't played in a long time. I hope you can consider revisiting Orianna and make a new build/guide because it's quite difficult to find updated videos on her 😂
I know Fiora can wreck tank both in the early game and late game, but I always feel she is pretty underwhelming when fighting against lethality-focused champions like pantheon or lethality garen, I absolutely got stomped by the later and don't know how to properly counterplay.

vital trick- it will alternate between front and back so you can kinda predict where the next one will be
