When I connect the line, the other phones I have on say “line in use” because the 1031S thinks it’s holding the line like my other Panasonic phones, and the rest of my phones on the line thinks it is on the 1031S base, but in reality it’s ringing the phone that I hit the intercom button. As of writing this comment (12/29/23), I had disconnected the line from the base before recording the video, so that’s why there wasn’t any dial tone.

Try remove the handsets battery and try again
@@IKDWOF2K5STREAM well, the two ways I could stop it is to let it time out as you saw in the video, or I could answer it ( like a flash)
