Niel, if you don't know already from the Bogged Down event detail section, Slime Fish only spawn once every Bogged Down match, and only when a Wumpa Bat is spawned in. Blue Fish spawn in every map and from my experience, you can collect 3 of them per game, and the rewards details say that they usually spawn near water (Or I guess just the edge of the map if there's no water), which is something I haven't noticed yet. Hopefully this helps you out if you're still looking for Blue and Slime Fish like I am, unless you've done it already.
It took a very long time to get the dingo skin ,in the most maps only two blue fish spawn and puffer and slime fish only spawn in bogged down and it's not that easy to get a bogged down match so it was pretty hard I must say

Bogged Down is so good and it's crazy. collection events are kinda good. The Dingodile skin is kinda awesome
