- Along the central Tanzania coast the P. fasciolatus males sport a red patch above the eye, that makes them look like they have electric red eyes, it is awesome. ❤️ Dominate males also show blue in the fins and a blue tinge on the body. The females have a beige body with vertical stripes. Guest appearances: Ophthalmotilapia ventralis, Tropheus annectens, Tropheus sp. black “ikola” - Near Kekese, Tanzania - Lake Tanganyika

ohh, slightly different shapes of stones, beautiful green algae, quite a large concentration of fish, excellent lighting effects and... the fish in the lake have charming colors... Tanganyika in home aquariums is a very demanding thing to achieve the effect like in your videos, I think sometimes unattainable
It is hard to replicate the lake in a glass box 😂. And it is true some species do not reach their full potential in an aquarium, but there are quite a few that do😊❤️. Thanks for watching!
I just saw your interview at aquarium insiders. Great interview. You said you had 150 tanks and 30 tropheus tanks. I would love to see a video of your tanks
I find it difficult to video my fish house, there is just too much glare. I have posted many still pictures on Facebook. Not sure what year that interview was? We have cut back some since covid, and would say we have about 100 tanks now and a few less Tropheus groups.... Thanks for watching 😊❤️
