ভর বলে কিছু নাই! আপনার শরীরে ভর বলে কিছু নাই! ভর বলে কোন কিছুর অস্তিত্ব নেই! আপনি যাকে বলছেন তা হচ্ছে শক্তি(Energy)। আমরা যে বলি একটি বস্তুতে পদার্থের পরিমাণ এর পরিমাপ ই হচ্ছে ভর। আসলেই কি তাই? আমরা যে বলি পাঁচ কেজি ভরের বস্তু, আসলে এই বস্তুটি সম্পূর্ণটাই শক্তি দ্বারা তৈরি। এবং সেই শক্তিকে আমরা ভর রূপে দেখি। কি বলেন ভাই! এটাই সঠিক। তাহলে কি E=mc^2 এর কথা বলছেন? না! E=mc^2 নিজেদের বানানো একটি সমীকরণ। আমরা অনেকেই বলি যে ভরকে শক্তিতে রূপান্তর করা হয়। বিশেষ করে নিউক্লিয়ার ফিশন ও ফিউশন এর মাধ্যমে। এখানে বলা হয় খুব অল্প পরিমাণ ভর অদৃশ্য হয়ে যায়, সেটি নাকি শক্তিতে রূপান্তরিত হয়ে যায়। এমন কিছুই না! শক্তিই ছিল যা পূর্বে বেঁধে রাখা ছিল এবং পরে মুক্ত হয়ে গেছে। ভর মূলত শক্তির একটি রুপ। সবকিছুই শক্তি দ্বারা তৈরি এবং এখানেই চলে আসে আইনস্টাইনের বিখ্যাত সমীকরণ m= E/c^2 বা অর্থাৎ আমরা ভর পাই কিভাবে? একটি বস্তুতে যে পরিমাণ শক্তি আছে তাকে আমরা আলোর বেগের বর্গ দ্বারা ভাগ করলে ভর পাই |

প্রায় ঠিকই বলেছেন তবে, মনে করি, সকল শক্তির যোগফল থেকে গতিশক্তিটা বাদ দেয়ার প্রয়োজন টা পরিষ্কার করা ঠিক হবে!
কেন? কারণটা বলি।
যদি একটা সাধারণ বস্তুর মমেন্টাম হয় p, তাহলে, pc, হল তার গতিশক্তি (বা, কাইনেটিক এনার্জি)। তাহলে আইন্সটাইনের বিখ্যাত ফরমুলাটি বর্ধিত হয়:
E= sqrt ( (mc^2)^2 + (pc)^2 ) রূপে, যেখানে, m হল বস্তুটির স্থিরভর (বা, রেস্টমাস)।*
তাই, একটি বস্তুর স্থিরভর m নির্ণয় করতে তার গতিশক্তিটি বাদ দিয়ে অন্য সকল আ ভা ন্ত রি ন শক্তিগুলির যোগফলকে c^2 দিয়ে ভাগ করা ঠিক হবে।

ভালো লাগলো। তবে তুমি ভাই সমানে ওজনকে ভর বলে চালিয়ে গেলে।
ওজন ও ভর দুইটি ভিন্ন বিষয়। ওজন এর ক্ষেত্রে তৈরী ভর আবার ভিন্ন। আমি ভিডিও তে ভর নিয়ে এবং শক্তির ফলে তৈরী ভর নিয়ে কথা বলেছি, ওজন এর কথা এখানে আসেনাই। এছাড়াও ওজন কে পরিমাপের একক kg⋅m/s2 কিন্তু আমি ভিডিও তে kg, amu, gram একক নিয়ে কাজ করেছি। আশা করি বুঝতে পেরেছেন

একরকম explanation হতে পারে যে দুটো value এর দিক থেকে সমান কিন্তু in nature they are different ।
দ্বিতীয় আসলে mass তো আসলে ইলেকট্রন প্রোটন নিয়েই তৈরি এবং এগুলো তো charged particle তাই mass একরকম এর এনার্জি form ও বটে। তাছাড়া mass কে তো অতি সহজেই এনার্জি তে কনভার্ট করা যায় যেমন কাঠ কয়লা পুড়িয়ে তাপ শক্তি পাওয়া যায়।
চার্জ এর সাথে ভর এর সম্পর্ক নেই। ভর এর সম্পর্ক শক্তির সাথে, অনেক পরিমান শক্তি একত্রে ভর প্রদর্শন করে এটি বলতে পারেন। বা পদার্থের ভরের মূল উৎস শক্তি, ইলেক্ট্রন এবং কোয়ার্কের বিভব শক্তি, গতিশক্তি।
ভর কে কনভার্ট করা যায়না। আসলে শক্তি হিসেবেই এটি আছে, পরমাণু তে আটকিয়ে ছিল, ভিন্ন অবস্থার কারণে শক্তি নিউক্লিয়াস এর বন্ধন থেকে নির্গত হয়ে যায়। এখানে নিউক্লিয়াসের বন্ধন শক্তি, ঋণাত্মক বিভব শক্তি, আরও কিছু বিষয় রয়েছে।

as a Student I knew about this part of physics, mass energy equivalence from different books and videos. then saw that if it can be explained in Bangla then people can get help from it! so just tried to make an educational content. event this topic is huge and a part of the topic is explained in Wikipedia,, I am not going to explain the whole topic of mass energy in videos I have just tried to explain one part and I think so there are no misconceptions and faults in this and the fact - if 100 people watch your video maximum 2 or 3 people will check what wikipedia or books tell about this topic!

At First, Yeah Electrons actually Don't orbit if we see it as wave, but actually it's easy to explain them as particle, or you can imagine, particles are moving fast that's why we are seeing them as waves,
but you are right from the aspect of the wave nature of electron, but I tried to explain it as simple as possible, you can say - *The electrons are trapped within the atom rather like the waves being trapped on a stretched string.

but if we can travel at 50% or over 50% of the speed of the light then the mass will start increasing, Sir Einstein explained it on the special theory of relativity! for that there's another formula you know I guess. it's E = γmc^2
when we will cross 50% of the speed of the light the Gamma will increase, before reaching 50% the value of gamma is 1. so it doesn't effect,

and we can't imagine also to travel at 50% of the speed of the light now!

সব ই ভর এই কথা টা আসলে বলা যায়না। কারণ শক্তির একটি রূপ হচ্ছে ভর।
শক্তি আরো বিভিন্ন রূপে প্রকাশ পেতে পারে, এবং সেই শক্তিগুলোকে ভোর রূপে প্রকাশ করা সম্ভব নয়, (গতিশক্তি )
অন্যদিকে ভরকে শক্তি তে প্রকাশ করা যায়।
আরো অনেক লেখাপড়ার দরকার খোকা। থার্মেল যাদিছো বকতৃতায় তার মিল নেই বিধায় বকতৃতা শুনার আগ্রহ কমেগেলো। ভর আর শক্তি একেই জিনিস মানে ভরই শক্তি শক্তিই ভর। যার ভর যতো বেশী তার শক্তিও ততো বেশী।
হুম, ঠিকই তো! যার ভর যত বেশি তাঁর তত বেশি পরিমানে শক্তি দেহে মজুদ রয়েছে। আমি তো কোন সমস্যা দেখছি নাহ, থাম্বনেইলে যা আছে ভিডিও তে তাঁর থেকে আরও বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কথা রয়েছে। এছাড়াও *থার্মেল* না এটিকে বলে *থাম্বনেইল*। আশা করি আর এই ভুল করবেন না।
