Not everything is swapped LoL. Just roles and some parts of their personalities. It's not an exact or complete swap except for the roles. For example, Blue or Swap makes Mexican food, mostly tacos, instead of pasta like OG Papyrus. Also, this isn't canon Underswap anyways.

I don't think that makes the video inherently bad or toxic though. Maybe a bit cringe but it's a fan made video. Most of those have some chance of being cringe.
