This game wears its persona 5 inspiration on its sleeve and I absolutely love it. The funky jazz music is similar in such a good way, the hollow reminds me of mementos, the whole free time mechanic with minigames and hangouts gives me nostalgia. Also, "you should go to sleep" ok morgana
the devs have stated in an interview that their inspirations were actually digimon and street fighter. persona had very little influence on the game

Persona 5 Royal is my absolute favorite game of all time, and I've studied its soundtrack inside and out. My first thought when listening to this was not about P5. I don't think it really sounds like Persona, but that's a personal opinion. P5's best tracks aren't even that jazzy

This track is under the name "60% Daily" on the ingame speaker but it's not the full version for whatever reason. Though I heard the full version on some parts of the game. Heard it recently when I finished the Belobog story

No, mihoyo outsourced the OST to a famous Bilibili musician, hence the drastic difference in music genre I believe

@@mossfoxic28 after hearing the Star Rail OST, I’m convinced that outsourcing is the better idea. This feels more catchy and has a better identity than what Star Rail has
