A good thing to note: Etsy places a hold on funds when you first open a shop. This means the money the customer spends to buy the product will not get to your account right away. You will be responsible for footing the bill for the item+shipping for at least the first week (for new shops that have just opened). So please keep this in mind when starting out. A few orders can quickly add up, IE 4 tshirts for $25+ shipping would be $100+ out of pocket for you, so it is best to make sure you have the funds available in your account, or the ability to pay for it using a credit card.
Etsy does place a payment reserve on some shops in the beginning but not all. Definitely worth looking into though for sellers who may be concerned about this!
@@KateHayesoh really? An Etsy representative told me that all new shops have the reserve for the first four months, but it wouldn't be the first time a rep from Etsy has given me inaccurate information lol
While both have advantages one of the main reasons we like Gelato is because it has many print partners all over the world. That, in contrast to other POD suppliers who have a few giga-sites in one or two locations, makes shipping times and costs able to be controlled better with Gelato. Especially if you have a wide variety locations you are shipping to. We have also found quality to be top notch with Gelato and customer service to be second to none. Hope that helps.
Do you have a Printify guide? I'm having a few issues, I need to manually fulfil + printify. Are you charging me for the full item price, there's £0 profits?!
Which do u recommend ?? Printify or gelato for physical wall art ? Do u offer mentorship for wall art ?? I am not familiar with printing papers to help future customers, based on what i went through in some etsy shops, for printable wall art. Need to learn myself first. No idea where to start. Very new in pod ,especially wall art. Perhaps learn printable wall art first, then physical wall art. But where to return to for physical wall art if customer asks for return. Can't be my home, right ??
I definitely think Gelato is a great POD provider to try! I do have a free masterclass on digital products (including wall art) that might be a help to you- the link for it is in the video description if you’re interested! :)
It’s ok to breathe. I like what you offer but so hard to listen to. You talk non stop and fast. Wow. Not trying to be overly critical but it would greatly improve your business. Peace
Thanks for the feedback. There are many reasons we choose the pace we do. We know that that’s hard for some. It might be helpful to adjust the speed on your TH-cam page.

🤩🥳
But physical wall art can earn a bit more apart from printable wall art
Both are great- just depends if you want more active or passive income :)
