@Sydney12997 only Paopao has reached her ceiling out of every player on our team. Carolina will be better next season. Also, if Adhel Tac comes along and develops throughout the season, like we hope and think she will, lookout! She's offensively skilled more so of Aliyah Boston, than Kamilla Cardoso. This train ain't stopping, it's picking up steam. Other teams will be talented, but it will be hard to say they'll be more talented than Dawn's squad. Carolina may not go undefeated again but that ok!
Capt.Will keep bringing it. There's no one better! It's going to be hard to keep Joyce out of the starting lineup in 2024. Joyce makes the game look easy. Go, Gamecocks! Gifted!

Joyce will come off the bench at the 5 minute mark with Milaysia and Tessa next season. Except Kelsey Bone, Ty Harris and the 2019 freshies who was a rebuild group and culture reset, all our top freshmen have mostly came off the bench - Aleighsa Welch to Tiffany Mitchell to Alaina Coates to A' ja Wilson to Raven Johnson to Milaysia Fulwiley. There's a chance that Fulwiley, Tessa, and Joyce will not start until their Jr seasons, respectively.

Does Joyce have a shot to jump back to #1 in rankings or it's over? She is a better fit than Strong for us as we have shooters now and need versatility. I like Strong but she seems to prefer the perimeter ans we have tess and pao and hall

@@Will-ki4mi I don't think Joyce has a chance to jump back to #1 on the main recruiting sites, as most of the C/O 24 evaluations are closed and the evaluations has shifted to camps and games for the C/O 25. In hindsight, not that Joyce needed this because she is obviously self motivated, but this sort of overlooking her will just further strengthen her will power and tenacity for years to come. At least that's the lemonade I'm seeing from the lemon of her dropping in the revised recruiting rankings.

She could start but I don’t see her starting over feagin unless she’s going to play the 4 and kitts come of the bench but I don’t see that either maybe mid season the line up might get switched up a little bit to see what’s what but I don’t see Joyce starting until next year

Yup. CARDOZO was bad about bringing ball down to minion height and kitts also at times. I want Feagin in best shape of her life like Raven and dominate next year. She has post moves
That’s one of the many parts of Adhel’s game that I love. She keeps that ball high whether it’s rebounding, offense, etc. Can’t wait for her official debut.

I see her coming off the bench unless she hits the weight room. Chloe will start. You can best believe the ladies are training right now for next season. They are hungry for that repeat and if Adhel can dominate like Kamilla did then we will repeat.
Explain because she is bigger and more physical than Chloe, I do believe Chloe will start because that's how Dawn runs her program..but it won't be because joyce needs to hit the weight room.

@@rover7139 We can agree on one thing. Coach Staley will start those who have earned it over the summer. I thought she was wrong to start Chloe last year. Despite the fact that she was a tad undersized at the four and targeted by some teams,Chloe stepped up big when it counted the most. She hit every shot she took in the opening game of the tournament and she,Kamilla, Sania and Ashlyn flat out killed on the offensive glass against Iowa. The team went 38-0 and Chloe was integral to winning it all.
I admit was wrong and Coach Staley was right.Ill never doubt her again.

The Starting lineup Is Going to Be Raven at the point Pao Pao at Shooting Guard and Hall at Small Forward And Joyce Edward's Power Forward And Watkins At Center.
You might be right. Especially if Ashlyn increases her vertical leaping ability by five to six inches.
If she does that I see her terrifying teams by catching lobs for alley oops.
I see Tessa and Pao competing for that shooting guard starting position.
Tessa proved that when she is the zone she is the truth.
I see Sania Feagin starting ahead of Joyce because she will be more muscular than she is now and she is a monster in the post and the offensive glass.
