Haven't heard Jaya for a long LONG time. After listening to this today, I am so happy her vocal form is back after being ground to dirt hosting shows. She never had perfect execution in her songs, but gawd that vocal quality is just one of a kind. And here, she was breathtaking. I also love singers like these who don't actively try to look pretty while they sing and just lose themselves to the music. She intermittently takes off one side of her headphones so she can hear herself better and focus on her pitch and delivery. It doesn't look attractive, but she does it anyway, for the music. A true badass of a singer.

Graveh, sobrang hirap ng kanta, Jaya was happy when she finished the song. Most of her live didn't make it, but this one is close to perfection. Natapos ko na ang I Have A Lover but I want to catch up or mag recap makisabay with the dubbed version sa Kapamilya Channel because of this beautiful song. Ibang level when you hear the song in the background. I miss the Kapamilya, sana patawarin na sila ni Tatay Digong, it would be unconditional love. I love the way she kept sneaking in these little runs in places where you wouldn't expect them, over and over and over, she kept slapping me! And her tone is so deep and dark and a resonant, and she has so much power! She never seems to lose her thick tone no matter how high she sings , it seems.
