He makes his music for children, because children are the only people he understands and relates with.

This album... Oh god, this is bad. Dream wears mental health like cosplay (like a Mask, if you will) without ever naming any specific emotions or issues beyond vague, corny, overly sentimental platitudes that he does not have the vocal warmth, intimate songwriting, or stripped-back production to actually make work. The instrumentals sound like overproduced tracks ripped from Sonic Colours and poorly remixed into fake lo-fi/fake acoustic bullshit that all blends together into musical sludge. This album is like if the Dear Evan Hansen movie was even more of a vanity project for someone who the public care even less about, selling fake mental health advice to kids with glossy, overwritten pop music.

Dream wears mental health like cosplay (like a Mask, if you will) without ever naming any specific emotions or issues beyond vague, corny, overly sentimental platitudes that he does not have the vocal warmth, intimate songwriting, or stripped-back production to actually make work.
The instrumentals sound like overproduced tracks ripped from Sonic Colours and poorly remixed into fake lo-fi/fake acoustic bullshit that all blends together into musical sludge.
This album is like if the Dear Evan Hansen movie was even more of a vanity project for someone who the public care even less about, selling fake mental health advice to kids with glossy, overwritten pop music.
